Absolutely loved the cabin 10/10 recommend...Check in was easy ...cabin was awesome..kids and the husband and I really enjoyed everything about the cabin...the views, the spiral stairs, And the way the master bedroom looks like its own cabin!!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Nice but not what was expected

Nice cabin and wonderful view but not very peaceful, you could hear all neighbor cabins and there were more than I expected. Mattresses in the cabin were absolutely awful!!! I have never laid on anything worse than all of those, sleep was very little due to uncomfortable. Half the outlets in the bedroom did not work. Overall it gave us shelter and a view we were there for. Upgrades needed for sure.

As advertised

Really wished there was a fire pit, either gas or real. Memories and stories are made and told around fire pits. Not a nice to have, but a must have. As title states, as advertised, all good, great view, clean cabin, but missing one key item. Still a five star .

Well stocked, clean cabin in a great location!

If you don't mind driving up and down the mountain, this location was great! Close to downtown and the arts and crafts shops. This cabin definitely lives up to it's name with a great view of the Smokies! Everything was very clean. I run my own small cleaning business and have an eye for the hidden. I was impressed with the cleanliness and happy to see updated bathroom fixtures and super clean tubs and showers. I do wish housekeeping crews would hit ceiling fans with an extended-handled Swiffer. It makes such a difference in the overall cleanliness, despite this, the cabin was still very clean. The kitchen sink, counters, and refrigerator were all very clean and in good condition. Plenty of towels and washcloths. The selection of pots and pans was slim, so you may want to bring your own. Plenty of cups, plates, bowls, etc. Toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher powder, and laundry detergent provided, but no paper towels.The master bed was comfortable, upstairs bunks had thin mattresses so not comfortable for daughters, but are fine for younger children. Pull out couch was your typical type mattress. Our guest contact was easy to get in touch with, kind, and very helpful! She was quick to get maintenance out to us when the hot tub seem to need a bit more bromine, and very helpful with a few other questions. We loved Gatlinburg and look forward to visiting the area again. We would definitely stay in this cabin again!

Quiet Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin. CONS: The beds are very uncomfortable. The cabin didnt have a blow dryer as the details stated. We feel that if we're paying for cleaning services, we shouldnt have to take out the trash, clean the dishes and kitchen.PROS: The location is very quiet and the views are amazing! The amenities such as pool, arcade, hot tub and fire place are great to have on the days you just want to stay inside and cuddle. We would stay here again. :-)

Beautiful place

The place was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. The only thing was the kitchen amenities were very bad. No wine opener, no hair dryer ect. And nobody responded to my email when asked questions. Other than that it was a beautiful place. We loved it.

It was a good experience.

The location of the property was nice. There were a few flaws with the cabin however. Cosmetically and functioning wise. And lady bugs and wasps alive and dead within the cabin.

Got up there and had no water and was told we couldn’t stay

We understand the circumstance but a forewarning or notification would’ve been nice we got there at 11 pm with three children and had to find a place to stay last minute which was almost impossible. I will never go through this place again. If you are looking for a friendly business who will welcome you and not have to worry if you have a place to stay this is not the place. Still waiting on refund. And we’ve had to reach out to them several times in order to get it. What was supposed to be a nice relaxing vacation turned into a nightmare… but thanks to Pigeon Forge Cabin Rental- they saved the day!!! The cabin was beautiful and had the friendliest people to work with on reserving the cabin. I recommend Pigeon Forge Cabin rental and this will be who we stay with from now on.

Absolutely Beautiful!

The cabin was great and everything worked. The mountain road up to the cabin was a little scary driving at night but that is also to be expected.
