This Beaver Creek West vacation condo with access to a shared pool and hot tub is perfect for you and your family (up to eight guests) to enjoy a ski getaway.

This amazing Beaver Creek West condo, part of the Seasons complex, is centrally located in Avon and is steps away from Nottingham Park and Lake. Guests at this condo have access to the three hot tubs. In warmer weather, enjoy the shared outdoor pool and tennis courts. Getting to the slopes of Beaver Creek Resort is easy with the complimentary shuttle taking you to the gondola. Meanwhile, City Market grocery store is within a mile of the home so you can conveniently stock up on necessities like bread, milk, and ice cream.

Located on the third floor (guests have a few stairs to climb) the condo is a single level on the inside. A furnished deck complete with a gas grill and mountain views will inspire a family BBQ when you're visiting in summer.

Kids will feel welcome here with the sled, movies, and toys available for them to use. A booster seat will help the little one sit closer to the six-seat dining table when everyone's ready to dig into grilled corn on the cob.

The well-stocked kitchen with breakfast bar and dishwasher lends all the home-away-from-home perks you need to comfort. Little extras like a coffee bean grinder and slow cooker may urge you to make a few favorites.

After a meal or while you're fixing an apres ski snack, keep up with the latest football game on the flatscreen TV in the living room. Use the WiFi and sound dock to stream music on your phone. Wood beam vaulted ceilings create a rustic lodge feel without sacrificing modern comforts.

While you'll be just across Eagle River from Beaver Creek Resort, you'll still have private and quiet accommodations to sleep the night away in. Two of the three bedrooms have a king-size bed, and one of those two has another flatscreen TV. The third is a bunk room with a twin-over-queen and a single twin. Three full bathrooms will make it easy for everyone to get a turn at privacy.

Just about 10 miles east is Nordic skiing, spas, and events at Vail Mountain Resort. Premium shopping for supplies or souvenirs is available in Vail Village. In summer, trails, rides, and obstacle courses expose a whole new view of Vail Valley.

The shuttle picked us up near the front door. There was a problem with the electronic lock but the manager got us a code that worked. Very clean and plenty of room for the money. It would be nice to have basic cable.

We had a great stay at Beaver Creek West! It is only a short bus ride to the Gondola, and very close to the stop for the skier shuttle servicing Beaver Creek. The house was very spacious and had all the kitchen supplies we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Bright, sunny condo. Watching the snow from the living room was lovely. Nice, updated furnishings and kitchen fully stocked. Spacious enough for 2 families with young kids. I only wish the fireplace worked. The shuttle to the mountain was easy and accessible. We had a great trip. Would stay in this unit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is very comfortable for a family. Nice to have so many things to enjoy within walking distance and shuttles to take you up to Beaver Creek and take a hike. The only thing I can recommend is fix the bedroom window handles. Some of them don’t work and at night it’s nice to have open for the wonderful cool air. And safety purposes.

Unit looked nice and clean upon entry. But pulled couch and beds away from walls to plug in electronics and found trash. No cleaning behind couches and beds. Internet didn’t work. The unit had old fans that were broken and wobbly, but Vacasa replaced them with new fans. Front desk of condos was friendly but pretty useless. Great location near Benchmark Lake and Nottingham Park. Pools were nice.

Disappointing!

The property is nice but the downstairs neighbors had an intense domestic disturbance two nights in a row that resulted in a lot of noise and the local police making several trips to the property. It was nearly impossible to sleep with screaming, yelling and throwing items in the unit below.

Great location!

The layout of this condo is great for a couple of families with kids. The living area is large enough for everyone to gather without feeling cramped. The location is within walking distance of a park and lake and also has a pool on site. The downside is it is located on the third floor so it is a bit challenging hauling suitcases and groceries. The big downside is that the bedroom windows do not open. Being on the 3rd floor in the summer with no air circulation to sleep is the biggest negative for this condo.

Great Condo in Avon

The condo was very roomy and had space for 4 adults and 4 kids. Will definitely stay there again on next trip to Beavercreek. Only negative is climbing with luggage in high altitude to the 3rd story upon arrival, but the higher you go, the better the view.

Good location and size BUT needs help

Booked for July & August. Windows were inoperable and rooms were hot and no air flow. Fans just blew hot air around. Handyman said owner was aware of broken mechanisms and has done nothing to fix them. Also, TV in second bedroom missing and no instruction on main TV operation/speaker operation. BBQ not same as one pictured. Minimal glassware and pot/pans need replacing.

Great Location.

The condo was just as pictured on vrbo. It is well maintained and has plenty of room. The location is wonderful especially if you have children as it is within walking distance to pool, lake and playground. Definitely would stay here again.
