Welcome to the heart of the valley and the launching point for all your Rocky Mountain adventures. When you stay at this rustic 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental in Avon, you’ll have access to community amenities and a central location near several ski resorts! Hit the slopes at nearby Beaver Creek Resort, then return home to warm up by the crackling wood-burning fireplace and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. With nearby snowshoeing and cross-country skiing trails, fun for all ages awaits!

Winter wonderland

Excellent all around. Location is great, comfortable accommodation. Loved the sauna in the unit and the hot tub. Close to BC and Vail. Comfy beds too.

Beautiful location

We had a great time at this condo! The location is perfect, overlooking the Eagle River. The place is comfortable and well stocked. Quiet. We swam and enjoyed the warm pool for hours! We were disappointed that the hot tub was out of commission but nevertheless, had a great time!

Came for two nights to ski race. Good location with short drive to Beaver Creak Ford Hall parking lot. Hot tub was great.

Home away from home

The property was clean and well-decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had a good time cooking and enjoying meals as a family. Good location for ski resorts and grocery shopping.

Perfect location for optionality

Great stay in Avon. Condo is as advertised with comfy beds, properly stocked supplies and overall quite clean. This place is perfect if you want to ski vail and beaver. Tip: don’t bother with vail on weekends, beaver has tons of technical terrain with almost no lines. Would stay again.

Excellent Location

We traveled to Colorado for a baseball tournament and stayed at this condo. The condo exceeded our expectations. The condo is clean, has huge rooms, and looks over a river. The facilities at the condo were great. We’d definitely stay there again. The owners gave detailed instructions on where to find things and everything was very organized.

Great location, cozy condo!!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo! My 4 year old and 2 year didn’t want to leave! The condo has a great view of the Eagle River and is so homey. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with everything you could need. The location is unbeatable. Easy access to Avon and Beaver Creek ski area. We can’t wait to come back and stay longer!

Super convenient

The Christie is in the middle of all things Avon. Walking distance to restaurants, library, bus stops, groceries, wine, rec center- everything! The rental space was clean, well stocked and easy to get to from the parking area.

Perfect

Easy stay! Host and local reps were very helpful and available. Kitchen had everything anyone could think of. Two full baths and sauna. Hot tub was 30 feet away. Easy parking. 3 minutes from Beaver Creek, 8 minutes from Vail Village. We will rent this condo again!

Perfect for our ski trip

Great location next to Beaver Creek, easily drivable to Vail, Copper, Keystone, and Breck. Hot tub was out of order, but was working the day we arrived. Not sure what the issue was. We couldn’t figure out how to get the TVs to work. But wasn’t really an issue for us as teens just watch Netflix on their phones anyway. (And to be fair - we didn’t reach out to mgmt to get tvs resolved, probably user error on our part). Beds were super comfortable. Price was on-point I think for the condo. Looks like it was recently deep-cleaned. New linens and towels throughout. Great view of river. We would stay there again for our next trip. Parking was easy and the condo is on the second floor - just a few steps; no big deal. Overall a great stay.

It sounds like you had an amazing ski trip! I'm glad the hot tub was working when you arrived. The issue with the TVs could have been resolved by reaching out to us, but it's understandable that it wasn't a significant concern since everyone was able to watch Netflix on their phones. Basically, the TVs are Smart TVs and logged into Firestick, Peacock, etc. We are available if there is ever a question. It's wonderful to hear that the beds were super comfortable and that the price of the condo felt appropriate. The recent deep cleaning, along with new linens and towels, added to the overall experience. The great view of the river must have been a lovely addition to your stay. I'm delighted to know that you would consider staying there again for your next trip. We would love to have you stay with us again! Parking being easy and the condo being on the second floor with just a few steps is definitely convenient. Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I hope your next trip is just as enjoyable!"
