Renovated 1920 character cottage in Launceston City. This cottage is located only a block away from the City Park, AFL Football Stadium and Inveresk Precinct (home of the Museum). Easy walk to Launceston CBD and Farmers Market. Directly opposite the cottage is the North Esk riverbank walkway that leads to the Seaport and then onto the Cataract Gorge. This cottage has been recently renovated. It has two bedrooms both with queen beds, open plan living area, modern bathroom and laundry. The space This beautiful character cottage is fully equiped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. - it has two newly furnished bedrooms each with a comfortable queen-sized bed. - the open plan living area has separate areas for dining, relaxing and preparing meals. The lounge room is fitted with a large sofa, dvd player and tv. The kitchen space includes an oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, glasses, dishes and utensils. - the modern bathroom includes easy shower access and vanity. There is a separate toilet and laundry complete with a front load washing machine. - through the French doors at the rear is a deck area with seating. - the reverse cycle heat pump can be used for either heating or cooling. - there is free off street parking at the rear of the cottage. It is a carport with enough space to fit 2 cars. Please note that the driveway is shared with the rear townhouse. - free wifi internet. Other things to note We provide some basic items to get you started such as tea, coffee and sugar.
PLEASE NOTE there may be traffic noise from the next door timber yard. This doesn't seem to affect most guests but if you are a late riser this may be something to consider before booking. A pair of ear plugs might also help. Licence number DA0517/2019

I left after 2 days and was not eligible for any kind of compensation. I paid for a week. Neither the host or Stayz were helpful- I was actually abused by a Stayz representative who repeatedly said she was unable to cancel my stay and realist the property.
