Home away from home

Wonderful bookend to our NE Tasmanian hiking adventure, this charming, well appointed property was perfectly located: a 5 -10 minute walk to coffee and great restaurants and a 15 minute walk to Cataract Gorge. Great for a couple, small group of friends or family. Would definitely stay here again when I next visit Launceston.

Quiet & comfortable.

Beautifully appointed, stylishly renovated cottage with all the conveniences of home. Lots of living room with personal touches. A great location, close to shops, cafes & restaurants. Thank you Ben!

Weekend stay at 1 James St Launceston

The property is ideal up to 2 couples ie 2 bedrooms. Two seperate areas for chilling inside as a good sized kitchen. The bathroom is large and very functional. Being there over the hot wave the air con was more than sufficient to cool the house.The location is very quiet, however close to cafes, supermarket, pubs and restaurants. Everything within close walking distance. Cannot fault the property and look forward to rebooking when next in Launy. A home away from home.Communication with the host was simple and very responsive.
