Welcome to your dream getaway! This 3-bedroom, 2-bath canal-front home offers the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. Start your mornings with coffee on the back patio while dolphins, manatees, pelicans, and cormorants pass by. With direct access to a nature preserve, you can kayak right from the house into a peaceful Florida paradise.
Inside, you'll love the open floor plan that brings everyone together, whether for family dinners or a movie night on the sofa. The view and the area could not be any better.The home was very clean and more home essentials were provided than we expectes which is always a plus.Our only negative is the broken couches in the livingroom.... held together by screws and very uncomfortable. The outdoor couches were also weather damaged.We would definitely book again if a few changes were made for addes safety/ comfort.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The house was as described. Great communication and location with nice amenities. My husband was even able to kayak beside a dolphin in the inlet behind the house!

Great villa in Cocoa Beach

We had a great stay. Villa is in a good and quiet location, - was very clean, has a great pool and huge hot tub. Very peaceful and relaxing by the pool watching all the wildlife. Saw manatees in canal right outside villa. Loads of beach stuff, kayaks and fishing poles provided. Communication with Zareh was great.

Exceptional All Around

This property was everything we wanted and more! It was very clean, and had plenty of extras that we used like bikes, kayaks, fishing poles, beach chairs and boogie boards. My husband and I walked on the beach each morning and kayaked to find dolphins and manatees each evening. Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Zareh provided excellent communication and service. Quiet neighborhood on the canal with kayaks and paddle board, bikes, hot tub and pool. Lots of dolphins, birds and fish. Loved it!

Great location with pool

Nice property with the essentials. The pool was wonderful and where we spent most of our time. It was close to the beach and a lot of great restaurants. You could fish right from the backyard although we caught nothing. There was a bit of an ant issue in the kitchen and guest bath but there was spray.

Wonderful stay!!

This home was as close to perfect as it gets for us-clean, close to walking trail and downtown beach area. Use of the kayaks and bikes was a big plus. The hot tub worked great as well. On top of all of that, the neighbors were so nice and helpful-one of them even gave us a boat ride through the mangroves! The host was very responsive when needed! We hope to return next year!

Fabulous home in cocoa beach

What a gem! Quiet neighborhood with minutes to beach, shopping and restaurants. Newly remodeled and fashionable. Hot tub and pool are amazing and steps away from bay inlet. We rocked in hanging chairs at the bay’s water edge. Watched sunset from the pool and star-gazed in hot tub! Hard to leave the house and go to the beach! So peaceful and lovely.

Another great stay in cocoa beach

The home we stayed in for our family thanksgiving gathering was awesome. Located on one of Cocoa Beach's canals with a back yard that felt secluded but only a five minute walk to all the action of downtown Cocoa Beach. We watched manatees and dolphins frolic in the canal, used the house's kayaks to explore and enjoyed the hot tub. It was a little chilly for the pool but definitely would get lots of use in warmer weather. The house itself had everything we needed and plenty of space for our group of six. And, as always the folks at Stay in Cocoa beach were attentive and helpful.

We had the best time. The home was beautiful and spotless when we arrived. The pools was wonderful with the river view. And the house had everything for enjoying the pool and river. . Amazing Property!

If you're looking for the perfect vacation home, look no further! This house is amazingly updated and very clean. It is stocked with so many goodies for the whole family! From beach toys, kayaks, paddle board, and even bikes! We loved the quick bike ride to downtown Cocoa and short drive to the beach. The hot tub was a huge hit and it was so peaceful to go swing out by the river in the evening. We couldn't have imagined a more perfect place to call “home” during our trip. Zareh was available for all of our needs and is an incredible host! Highly recommend this beautiful home and Stay in Cocoa beach! We are already looking forward to our annual trip next year!

Dolphins Were A Bonus!

Wonderful rental. Three nights pre-cruise stay and we really enjoyed our time. A bottle of bubbly and cookies as a welcome too! Sat out by the pool and two dolphins would swim by - just beautiful to see. The only issue was there are no coffee or side tables in the lounge and we didn't like to put our drinks on the floor in case we knocked them over. Not a major issue we just ended up moving the bedside table in there. Would we stay again? Yes!

We didn't want to leave!

We booked this property for our kiddo's 8th grade graduation trip. He was so surprised when we got to the property. We were also super surprised because it was more beautiful than the photos even showed. The neighborhood was so peaceful and everything was just as I hoped. We spent a ton of time in the backyard. I loved sitting in the basket chairs at the edge of the canal while my husband spent time fishing and our son enjoy the swimming pool / hot tub. The location is excellent for getting to different places around the area. Not too far from Kennedy Space Center and very close to a ton of really good restaurants. There are also lots of beach access areas close by as well. I would 100% stay here again! It really was exactly what we were hoping it would be.

Spectacular!!

What an incredible few days we had here at Cocoa Beach. First of all, the property was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds are super comfy and the check in process was very easy. Communication with our hosts was excellent. Zareh took amazing care of us and responded very quickly to any queries and questions we had. He gave us excellent advice on areas to visit and how to make the most of our time in the area. The real highlight of this property though has to be its location. It’s spectacular!! Right on the edge of the Indian River Lagoon and Thousand Islands which is teaming with amazing wildlife. Right from our back yard we saw dolphins and pelicans to name just a couple. We went kayaking down the river from the back yard and even saw a manatee. It’s so peaceful and relaxing to be there. We only wish we had stayed longer! This is a beautiful property in every way
if you’d like to explore the best of what the cocoa beach area has to offer then you can do no better than base yourself here.
