Loved the pool and the dock on the river. We saw manatees and dolphins daily. The fishing was great, we caught many large catfish and also a SHARK! The location is great and close to everything.

Great place to unwind for a busy family. Quiet neighborhood on the river with a pool. Relaxed in the pool while the kids were fishing. Drinking coffee on the dock and watching a group of manatees play. Seen some dolphins swimming in the river. Really is a nice house. Loved my stay

The home, property, and host were all 5 stars. I felt at home and hope others who choose to stay there, will feel the same, as well. There is something special and timeless about the home. Fishing and marine life sightings and gentle winds at sunset only made the experience even more peaceful. my granddaughter enjoyed fishing, kayaking and swimming in the pool. We hope to return in the near future. Thank you, William for sharing your home with us.

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED! The location was amazing... having water on 2 sides with the views was so peaceful. We saw dolphins and pelicans and other birds every day throughout the day. The host is amazing - great communication and friendly. Nice welcome basket. Cannot beat just sitting outside near the water or even inside with all the water views. Back part and side of house have nearly unobstructed views of the water. Already planning a return trip. Nice neighborhood, quiet. Close to what you need and the beach while still feeling secluded. Didn't use pool but would have if weather wasn't so cold!

The photos of this property don’t capture its true charm. We had the privilege of witnessing dolphins and manatees every day, multiple times a day. The nostalgic charm of the home is simply perfect. My children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and fishing, which we did several times a day. We eagerly anticipate our return to stay during our next trip to Cocoa Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property location was great, we were minutes away from shops, restaurants and the beach. Our favorite part of the this stay was spending time outside on the deck every morning looking for dolphins, manatees and birds. (Except for the no see ums, make sure you bring your bug spray!) Every day we went for a dip in the pool and dropped a line in the river. The house was comfy, the bedding and linens were in great shape, the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was quick with responses and even made sure there was a grill for us to use. There was plenty of room us and for visits from our local family. Art work on the walls, painted by the original homeowner, was beautiful. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
