Amazing home

The home was beautiful. It had so many amenities that a family with kids would enjoy. The pool was nice and our 11 year old enjoyed the arcade games and pool table. Even though we had other activities planned in Orlando we really enjoyed just being back at the home.

Comfortable Villa

Happy with our stay, thank you. Large comfortable villa on a safe feeling gated community. Air conditioning worked well. Pool clean and serviced weekly. Beds very comfortable. No issues at all, would recommend.

Family Vacation 2022

The house was exactly as it was pictured. The rooms were nice and comfortable. I most definitely will rent this home again.

It was Amazing

We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and very clean. We had 2 issues, one was the security guard when we checked in. He was very rude, he even called one of us stupid, literally. Because we were unsure of the process. He wasnt willing to explain what all he needed and wanted us to do. He came and stood at the gate and looked at us and didnt say anything. I would like the check in security guard process to be explained better. So the next customers dont have to be insulted in such a way. The other issue was 2 of the suites upstairs need better mattresses. They are very hard and uncomfortable. But Overall we had a great time!

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you had issues at the gate upon check in. I will most certainly forward your feedback on to the HOA, thank you for bringing this to our attention. With regards to the mattresses, we have not had any complaints before, however, I will have them checked out. This may just be down to personal taste.

Beautiful Roomy home

The place was beautiful & it was huge! The neighborhood was nice. The pool was very clean. Here are some cons about the place, we noticed that the windows & underneath the bed was extremely dusty. The place definitely needs a deep cleaning. Also, I requested to have the pool heated, but it wasn’t. There was miscommunication on both ends, which I can admit to on my part. Another thing was message from the owners never stated that I had to stop at the front gate to get a pass, which we were stopped by a security guard on our last day. Meaning our car could have been towed if we weren’t stopped by that security guard for the pass. Another thing I noticed was that the place was a little ways from everything such as Disney, Universal etc. It was about a 30-35 minute drive & with traffic it was 40-45 minutes. Overall the place was beautiful & big enough for my family & I.

Clean, spacious

Houser was ad advertised. Clean and spacious. We're did reach out to the property manager but never received a response. The ice maker does not dispense through the door, there were loose screens on the pool deck, and were issues getting the hot tub to run at times, other times it worked perfectly. Overall, I would recommend the home.

Games room too hot as only a fan in situ which was not adequate to cool room. Beds upstairs not comfortable, pool area a bit scruffy with holes in the mesh allowing bugs in. However we enjoyed our stay many thanks.

With regards to the temperature in games room, to explain, as it is situated in the garage air conditioning is not possible for ventilation and safety reasons, therefore a ceiling fan is the most viable option. I am sorry you did not find the beds comfortable; it is hard to cater for all guests as everyone has their own preference as to what they find comfortable, however, we appreciate you providing us with your feedback. If we had been alerted during your stay about the pool area, we could have sent maintenance out to the home and tried to put things right, we will be sure to feed this back to our property manager and their team in resort.

We would definitely stay again!

Home was exactly as listed. Adequate linens and space . Access to I-4 is slow in the mornings if you are headed to a theme park . Very quiet neighborhood. Excellent security at the gate. We had plenty of space for 12 and the kids enjoyed the pool table, ping pong table and the swimming pool. Overall an excellent stay and I would recommend this home to others and would definitely stay again!

Nice place

This house was very accommodating for all 12 of us. It was clean and everything was great, we just found we needed more coffee cups, plates and just your normal kitchen utensils, which wasn’t a big deal. We had a really great time.

Hello Colleen Thank you for taking the time to write a review, it is really helpful to us and future guests. We have spoken to our manager Jenny on the ground in Orlando and she did wonder if you used the items that where left on the dining table as display, these are for guests to use. We leave the contact number for the manager on the front page of the home booklet for guest to speak to her if they have any concerns. That said, it has been useful as we have topped up the number of glasses in the home as we felt more were needed, It is good to hear from our guests as it gives us the opportunity to correct anything that we may have missed. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay, we are a family company and it is great to hear from our guests. We hope to see you again in the future.
