Fun family vacation

We had a great stay at this property. Our family got together to visit Rocky Mountain National Park and spend time together. The house is in a beautiful location. It was clean and the perfect size for our large family. The kids enjoyed the play room and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us!

Well-appointed home in a beautiful location!

Our family chose Granby and this house to have a little reunion. There were 13 of us, ranging from 4 years old to 70 years old, and it was a fantastic visit! The sleeping arrangements were great and between the two living rooms, the dining room, and the deck, there was plenty of space so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Everything we needed was there and the local grocery store was easy to get to. Overall an A+ visit!

Great Family Time

The hosts were very accommodating for an early check-in - everything was in place as advertised. Plenty of room for our 3 adult children and their children. The family really enjoyed the hot tub, sunrise, and the view(!), spacious kitchen, and great grill with gas connection. Location in proximity to the market and town was also optimal. Only very minor downside was we couldn't seem to figure out TV/Cable operation but that was no matter as we were gone most of the day anyway!

Hi Bill, thanks for letting us know about your stay. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they would like to share the following: -Firstly, regarding the perception of the house appearing 'tired,' we believe the pictures showcase otherwise. We have recently invested in all-new furniture and updated appliances throughout the property, intending to enhance the guest experience. -Additionally, concerning the maintenance issue encountered during your stay, the house is equipped with radiant heat through the floors and floorboards. There was an incident where the guest turned off the house heat due to feeling excessively warm at night, despite the outside temperature being a mere two degrees. Unfortunately, this action caused the radiant heat pipes to freeze, leading to improper functionality. -Upon receiving notification of the issue, prompt action was taken. A maintenance professional was dispatched immediately to rectify the situation the same day. It's worth highlighting that the issue originated when the guest turned off the heat, inadvertently causing subsequent complications. In response to the reported problem, we promptly dispatched assistance to address the situation upon notification. Contrary to any claims of unreturned calls, we assert that we addressed and resolved the issue promptly upon notification. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests as evidenced in all other reviews.
