Stoneridge C42 is a multi-level home with 32 steps to enter, offering internet

access and a standard rating. This unit is not pet-friendly and sleeps eight

guests. The living room features a flat-screen TV but does not have a

fireplace. There is a fully functional kitchen and a dining room that seats

eight. The first bedroom includes a queen bed, a TV, and an attached full

bath. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed, a TV, and share a

full bath. Upstairs, the loft bedroom provides a double bed, a TV, and a full

bath.



Conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community, Stoneridge C42

is within walking distance to the slopes (weather permitting). Guests can

enjoy a small deck with a view of the slopes, though it does not offer a

grill.



Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on

location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site

within the communities.

All homes in The Villages include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer

(laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living

room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included)

and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and

toilet tissue.

During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis and basketball

courts. It does not offer access to the community pools. However, our condo

guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools and hot

tubs (reservations required).



_**(NOTE : Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental

guests.)**_ However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the

resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo

rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out _**(WEATHER PERMITTING)**_.

All communities offer shuttle service year-round to the main resort.

new heights on our rock wall. For those looking for a restful escape year-
