This property comes with a fully equipped kitchen to enjoy meals at home, otherwise dine out in the local cuisine.

This beautiful 2-storey property has the living area, kitchen area and dining area located on the ground floor, leading out to the beautiful sunny courtyard where you enjoy a beverage in the sun while listening to the waves across the road. In the living area there is also a sofa bed to have another guest - linen is additional.
Upstairs you will find a designated study/office area, along with the fully tiled bathroom, and bedroom containing a spacious Queen bed with hotel quality linen. There is high speed internet provided in the property.

The property offers on-street parking only for guests. No dedicated parking is provided.
Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.

We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.

Upper floors are accessible via stairs only.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
