Always enjoy Harbor Island

This is our 6th trip to HI and we always love it. The condo was just as advertised and a great week! We will be back again!

End of summer trip

We stayed at the end of summer and truly enjoyed our stay. The condo is nice and has easy access to pools and the beach. Also has a nice view off the balcony. This was our second summer here and we will definitely be back.

Location is great and set up is very conducive for small families. One star removed as the condo could use a deep clean. Some of the floors and baseboards were fairly dirty (hair, dust, etc.), toilets had not been cleaned, and mold/growth on some of the kitchen appliances.

Vacation stay on Harbor island with family Beach was great-not crowded. Property just a walk down the boardwalk to the beach and pool outside of condo.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect. The condo was clean and comfortable. Pet friendly was a plus! We enjoyed the pools. The locals on the island were extremely friendly. We would love to stay there again!

Beautiful and Relaxing

We loved our getaway to Harbor Island! The condo had everything we needed and it was really nicely decorated. The hosts are wonderful and even left us a gift basket with treats for us AND our dog :)

Everything you need

We had a great post Christmas week at the condo. This was our first time on Harbor Island. It was quiet as expected and everything we needed was close by. Great location to enjoy the beach when the weather permitted and had a nice day trip to Savannah. We'll hopefully return to this condo again.

Exploration trip

Our family, including our dog, came to st. Helena island to visit all the sites around. The condo was as described, in a beautiful location. The map was not highlighted well so we could not see the location when we arrived, but the Host was amazingly quick to answer our call and get us to the right spot!

Great Condo!

This was a great spot for our family to vacation. They thought of everything when stocking for things that you may have forgotten or made it easier not to pack- gallon ziplocks, chip clips, beach chairs and buggy. Very easy walk to the beach and right next to the pool. Close to restaurants in Beaufort and surrounding islands.

Fantastic Place

The pictures of the condo and area were right on point! Beautiful views of the beach with a short walk over the dunes by boardwalk to access it. Pools are conveniently located. There were grills to cook out on and the kitchen in the condo had everything we needed. We were even able to bring our dogs. Lots of things to do and places to eat out! Great vacation rental!

Relaxing

Great place to relax. We enjoyed the location of the condo, just steps away from the beach. You can sit on the porch and watch the kids play in the pool. It’s a great spot for people with younger kids. And our Great Dane loved it also! The beach is dog friendly, no waves, and at low tide you can walk out to the sand bar. Overall we really enjoyed staying here and can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic

Great views of beach and pool! Short walk over dunes on boardwalk to the beach. The dogs were able to join us on the trip and they had fun. There were grills for charcoal close by to cook. Lots of things to do, tennis, basketball, pickle ball and of course fishing. The Huntington Sates Park is a very short rides away. Great vacation spot!

Another great visit!

This is truly our happy place. Coming to Harbor for many years now and this condo’s location was perfect. The deck had a beautiful view and was perfectly situated to the pool. I really liked the coffee station set up in the dining area and I loved the porch furniture. Could tell it was brand new! I would definitely suggest updating pictures for the listing as many of the changes were very good and should be seen in the pictures. The pull out sleeper loveseat was comfortable and our son didn’t mind sleeping there at all. Spices are fairly well stocked in the kitchen, but definitely bring your own Saran Wrap, tin foil, and ziplocs. Walmart isn’t far though so you can pick up what you need.Loved having the beach cart. It was a lifesaver and the extra beach chairs were nice too. Thank you for a great visit! We’ll be back!

Wonderful!

The property is exactly as described! Clean and quiet--exactly what we were hoping for. We arrived just as tropical storm Debby was going through (which caused several of our planned activities to be closed/cancelled--including Hunting Island State Park and our kayaking adventure), but we still made the most of our stay and still had a wonderful time here. It was hard to leave. Clean property, clean swimming pools and the beach was exceptional! It was not ever crowded! Easy drive to Beaufort as we well. Lots of good restaurants around as well. Our dog also loved being here and walking the beach every day. The sunrise is amazing here as well! Thank you for sharing your property with us! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Location

The arrival instructions are outdated frequently referencing a "welcome book" that was nowhere to be found, leading to some frustration upon arrival with wifi etc (hint there is a "seas the data" frame hidden behind a lamp... cute pun but if you are tired and not looking for it - good luck). The unit is pretty and a great location, convenient to the pool and the beach. We loved Harbour Island and would love to come back again but would try a different unit. While the floors and the bathrooms were clean, the baseboards were dusty and so were the intake fans in the bathrooms. There were crumbs around the toaster and sticky residue on some of the cupboards. Nothing major, and nothing worth complaining about when we were only there for a few days. To their credit when we did complain about the a/c vents covered in mildew, someone was sent to wipe them down, but a musty smell remained in the unit. The kitchen was well equipped, and the furniture comfortable. The beds, however, were very hard. We stayed in several rentals over our holiday in South Carolina and this one was the most uncomfortable to sleep in. Overall felt that this unit was set up to "check the boxes" on the surface as a beautiful space with almost everything you could need, but those needs are met in as inexpensive a way as possible which hasn't stood up to life as a rental.
