A peaceful getaway in larger Toronto area

The property is well-maintained, stylish, and with all essential amenities provided. The location is great for us as it’s close to family we were visiting, but for Toronto visitors, it is a little further away from mid and downtown areas, which wasn’t an issue for us. The property contact is responsive and friendly whenever we had questions. Overall and excellent place to stay.

Very Nice Place to Stay

The house is even better than what I expected. It is very modern and has a TV with netflix, disney+, and crave. Very spacious backyard and very comfortable beds.

This place is great, very clean & modern. Everything worked, no issues at all. Hot tub was wonderful. Nice quiet neighborhood convenient to bus & Canada’ Wonderland.

Great house and location. It was very clean, updated, fresh and welcoming. Everything was perfect upon arrival and property manager was very helpful from the time of booking and throughout our entire stay. We loved the place and plan to come back in future if ever needed again.

Mother’s Day getaway

I brought my children, parents, and best friend with his son along on an overnight trip to Toronto. This house was the perfect relaxation location after touring Toronto all day. The furniture is comfortable, the hot tub is relaxing, and the fireplace adds such a cozy touch to the living room/kitchen area. We really enjoyed this property and would absolutely recommend!

Nice house

Nice house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked, we had everything we needed to cook a simple meal. I would have given it 5 stars if they had a washer/dryer.

Nice place for the family

Pleasant stay in this house. We found the walls to be thin as we heard a lot of the street sounds and the neighbors dog barking at night. The house is modern and bedrooms are good size. A few negative call outs: - not sure when the place was last cleaned as we noticed a few dead flies around the house. - coffee kurig cups was available but no coffee machine to use them. As there coffee machine was a filter one. - we had a family of 4 staying there and when we showed in the morning there was not enough hot water for everyone to shower.

Beautiful home

We really loved the space and it was enough for our group of 4. The decor was pretty , the rooms were simple with no TVs, and no full length mirrors. The kitchen was well stocked. We had to search for broom which was in garage. The home wasn’t very clean. It was tidy (free of unnecessary clutter) but not clean. The jacuzzi is listed as an amenity it they charge extra to utilize it. There was also no washer and dryer. Overall we all enjoyed the home.

Not as advertised

Property was listed as a 4 bedroom & is actually a 3 bedroom with a sofa in the basement. Back yard has grass & weeds that are at least 3 feet tall. Interior had dusty windows, window sill’s & baseboards. There was a pair of mens swim trunks hanging from one of the door knobs in the bedroom. Sofas had food & clumps of hair between the cushions. One hour before check in, the host advises that there will be a $90.00 extra fee to use the hot tub. Could not recommend this place based on it’s present condition.

Modern Luxury Review :(

Before we even arrived communication was spotty as we did not receive directions on how to enter the house until 2 hours after official check in time. This was despite repeated attempts to receive the code in advance of arrival. The modern luxury house did not include amenities in full that were advertised, specifically the hot tub. To use the hot tub required an additional 90 fee despite it being advertised in the listing. The hot tub itself was also not cleaned and my party found hair and fake eyelashes of prior guests while we were in it. The bedding on every bed had stains and we found dog hair in the bed despite not bringing a pet. We had to ask for replacements sheets and they were not supplied until the next day. Very disappointed that we could not have had better communication with our host and more support for the discrepancies we found.

AVOID THIS PROPERTY

Everything from the time we checked in just got worse. It’s advertised at 4 bedrooms & there was only 3 & a nasty couch. The house was disgusting. All the showers weren’t cleaned & filthy. The master bathroom shower wouldn’t drain so you had to turn off the water every minute so it didn’t overflow. All the vents throughout the house had dust covering them. Spider webs in every corner. Dead flys on all the window seals. Not enough dishes or cups for the accommodation. The kitchen sink stopped working the first time we used it. All the sheets, beds, & couches had stains or smelled like pee. There were dirty dishes in the basement. I paid 90 to use the hot tub only to find out it was filthy & there was a camera pointed directly at it. The woman weren’t comfortable with using it so it was a waste of money & time. Overall horrible experience & will never book this house again. I’ll just stick with hotels after this one.

Fun Birthday Getaway!

I booked this property for my friends & I for my sisters birthday! The renovations & modernness of the house was absolutely stunning. The marble wall with the fireplace was to die for. They also have those fancy toilets in all the washrooms as well (the high end ones with heated toilet seating & all the functions) which was also awesome! Location was convenient, not too far from shops etc. Nice neighbourhood, and very comfy beds. All in all we absolutely adored our stay & had a wonderful time. The only thing I will note was that it could have been a bit cleaner… (previous guests hair in the showers, crumbs in one of the beds, the inside of the fridge needed a serious wipe down & the hot tub also could use a wipe down & replacement of the chlorine). For the price you just expect a little bit more freshness, but didn’t overall negatively affect our stay. Also there are cameras facing the back door & front which we were totally fine with 100% understandable with a rental property. However there was one camera directly above & head on facing the hot tub which made me & my girlfriends a little uncomfortable. Not sure that should be allowed. Overall it was a great stay however, host was lovely & house was pretty. Great birthday for the books! Xo
