Margs Break | Margaret River

Margs Break is a one bedroom one bathroom studio located on the first floor in The River complex. The motel style apartment has a separate living room with smart TV, comfy couch, tea & coffee making facilities and bar fridge (no kitchen). The bathroom has a spa bath with shower over, vanity and toilet. The bedroom has a queen bed with TV and a small balcony. Margs Break is suitable for 2 guests.
The Space
Margs Break is a compact studio apartment with all you need for a quick getaway in a central location in Margaret River town. As you walk up the stairs to the first floor, you enter the front door on the west end apartment and are welcomed into the living room. The living room has a TV, comfy couch, table and chairs. There is no kitchen, however the following are provided as tea & coffee making facilities; coffee machine (pod), kettle, toaster, microwave, bar fridge, basic cutlery and crockery.
Through the short hallway is the bathroom, with vanity, large spa bath with overhead shower and toilet.
The bedroom has a queen bed and TV with free to air channels, there is a small balcony with table and chairs.
Margs Break is located in The River complex, there is a Hotel on site with ‘River Bar and River Restaurant’, a pool to use from September to April, tennis court and wifi. There is parking for one car outside the studio. Margs Break is a great spot for a couple to stay while exploring the Margaret River region.
Other Things to Note: WIFI is limited as it’s shared by the whole complex. Not able to be used for streaming.
Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc. Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.
