Grasstree Spa Studioは2017年8月に改装されたばかりで、大聖堂の天井がある自炊式のクイーンサイズのスパスタジオです。 上質の家具、ダブルスパバス付きの専用バスルーム、ウォークインローブ、テレビ/ DVD、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、紅茶/コーヒーメーカー（ポッドマシン）、逆サイクルのエアコン。 地中海風のキッチン施設は、半密閉のプライベートベランダ（温水）の下にあり、屋外での朝食を楽しめる朝食バーがあります。

私たちの名前が示すように、トレイルやトラックはこの分野でたくさんあります。 風光明媚な散歩や自転車道は、有名なCape Mentelle Wineryを通り過ぎるか、ゴルフコースを過ぎてPrevellyビーチや世界的に有名なサーフブレイクまで行くことができます。

Kitchen was good pleasant outdoor feel. (1 x Saucepan had bottom scratched.) We find everything pretty with landscaping around nice bathroom and bedroom too (only to our taste )mattress was not firm enough. The whole place was beautiful the hosts very responsive and pleasantly friendly

Cozy Bush Setting

Very well set up excellent studio design, loved the modern style bathroom.Also the alfresco kitchen was brilliant, plenty of bench space with easy to use cooktop.Bed was comfortable also.Great job John and Lisa.We will definitely return in the future.

Peaceful Location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Even though the Studio is right next door to the main residence, our accommodation felt very secluded and we felt like we were the only people there. It is only a short drive into town or the nearest beach. We had no issues, the bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. The owners left us a bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival and there was a printout of local recommendations which was a nice touch.We highly recommend this accommodation.

Private and peaceful

This accomodation is in an ideal location, the bush surround made us feel very relaxed, The bed was comfy and the shower was hot, even tho the accomodation is attached to the hosts home we felt like it was a very private location.

We liked beeing direct in the bush with kangaroos and black cockatoos in front of the door. The cooking area outside was great!

Nice accommodation but .....

The property is listed as 508 Kevill Rd, Margaret River - it would have been easier if we'd been told it was the first property on the left on Kevill Rd West. The pictures online are decieving - we expected a cottage standing alone but it was attached to the owners home and made us want to be as quiet as possible. The bed was very low to the ground and I'm glad we took a mattress topper as it was needed. The club chairs in the room were not comfortable to sit on for more than 20 minutes, so disappointing considering what was charged. However, the nice touches which included a bottle of wine and some chocolates, was very thoughtful. We liked the outdoor area and the mozzie coils were also a nice touch. We enjoyed the wrens playing in the garden, but sadly didn't see any kangaroos. We also enjoyed the good tank water for drinking.

Secluded stay in the heart of Margaret River

My partner and I had an amazing relaxing stay. Very comfy bed, spacious, private, very well equipped. Loved the outdoor dining area. Bath and shower new and clean. Two fridges very convenient for food and drinks. Lots of storage space inside. 5 mins drive to town centre, beaches, wineries. Awesome stay, highly recommended

Overall it was ok. If your staying 1 night its fine. The studio is attached to the owners house, you could hear them at random. The bed is super uncomfortable. The shower definitely needs a good clean mould and scum very visible. The window in the cathedral roof is horrible. If you can sleep with sun on your face you will be fine. The sun was rising at 5am and so were we. The tv also is so hard to hear ! The rest of the room was tidy and clean, cooking outside was nice, you do see kangaroos and wildlife. Becarful of your car as weĺl the drive way is so narrow with trees and scrub hanging out.
