Beautiful Home with lots of activities for the family.

This was our 5th or 6th stay in this home but first time under new property management. We love staying in this beautiful home but the yard, decks, pool area and driveway were not kept neat and clean upon our arrival like it had in the past. There is maintenance to the yard and driveway that needs serious attention. Hurricane Deby rained on us for 3 days during our stay and I was surprised that nobody checked on us or came by the home to make sure the property wasn't having any issues with all the rain and flooding. The trash bins were full when we arrived, and we never saw anyone empty them throughout the week. When I called the front desk regarding this, they did send someone to remove a few of the bags. We ended up leaving multiple bags in the house because the bins outside were overflowing. We probably cook in the fully stocked kitchen more than most guests, but the dishwasher will need replaced sooner than later. Thank you for having so many activities in the home for us to use. Especially during the hurricane!
