A short walk away is Seven Ways, where all the locals hang out in the trendy bars and restaurants. The beach and Campbell Parade is the busy mecca and about a 10 minute walk.

The house features 4 bedrooms, three upstairs and a proper comfy sofa bed in the rumpus room.
