Very clean but needs a few updates. Patio furniture all rusted. Very narrow stairs going upstairs. Itches supplies were great. Location perfect. Would stay there again.

Great location! Very clean. One thing to note is the one bathroom is on the first floor, so if you need to get up in the middle of the night it is not convenient. The stairs are very steep and narrow. Great for a young family or couple, but would not recommend for older occupants.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home with our family. The house was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect — just minutes from both Cabot Cliffs and Cabot Links, making it ideal for our golf getaway. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Great location .......Cleanliness was fairOven did not workBBQ only 2 burners worked and was very dirty. Outdoor table and chairs were rusted badlyNo remote control for TV Caretaker came to mow grass while we were outside trying to play washer toss. Had to move inside out of way. Some TLC would make the home a lot more inviting.

Close to the Cabot Trail and beaches. Very clean and warm for the fall temperatures

Cozy clean home with everything you would need. Fuly stocked kitchen.

This property is located very close to the Cabot Links golf course...5 minute walk...and the beach. The property itself is very well maintained and was very well suited for our family. The owner was quick to get in touch by message and was quick to reply if/when a message was sent.

Whole house was clean and comfortable. The three beds were very comfortable and each had their own room and each room had it's own temp control. The kitchen was great..we were able to prepare our own meals. Proximity to Cabot was super convenient. The docks are close by....where you can go meet the boats and buy lobster super cheap.

It was great to have so much space for our stay in Inverness. The location is fantastic for golf lovers. The owner responded quickly to my questions. The beds were comfortable but they are all doubles. You should also know before booking the Bedrooms are on the top floor and the only bathroom is on the main. The stairs are steep and the top half has no bannister. Other than that I highly recommend.

Quaint home in prime location

This was a great home in the quaint community of Inverness. Minutes from Cabot Links and about 10 min from Cabot Cliffs, it provides excellent access to both premier courses. Multiple restaurants are within walking distance and Robins (coffee) is half a block away. This is a small home with bathroom on the main floor, 3 bedrooms upstairs. It is well furnished and was very clean upon check in. You can sleep 8 here but maybe 5-6 is a better number. It’s a short walk to the sandy beach where sea glass is readily found. All in all, a comfortable home in a wonderful community.

Cute , cozy little house with charm. Very clean. Communication was difficult at times but we were able to sort that out in the end. Door locks were old and didn't always work but that was fixed promptly as well as a leaking hot water tank that was also fixed during our stay. The host did her best to make our stay as comfortable as possibly given the unfortunate circumstance that occurred.

This home was good, but it could’ve been great! Right before check-in we received a list from the homeowner of all of the things that did not work such as the keypad on the entry door, the oven door, and the television. She did not mention the screen door to the patio was ripped, many mini blinds were broken, and there was no handrail at the top of the staircase to come downstairs.The unit itself, at least on the first floor is very very cute, but it seems like they ran out of funds to take care of the three bedrooms upstairs. Other than a very basic bed in each of the rooms, there were no other amenities.I would love to see the homeowner outfit this unit for people like ourselves versus what seem to be a younger, more boisterous audience! And it definitely should be decorated to match its price point. Also be aware that as soon as you book this property as we did last, January, the homeowner will take full payment upfront. That’s unusual for our experiences with Vrbo given we checked in in September.

Our Family stayed in this rental for a week. It is on the same road as the town school so we were able to walk to the playground. We were also able to walk to shops and eateries. My husband walked his clubs to the golf course for an early tee time.It was clean and well supplied with linens, and kitchen necessities. The only thing to note is that the bathroom is on the first floor and the bedrooms are all on the second with steep narrow stairs, making night time bathroom trips for younger kids a concern.

Everything is within a 5 minute walk….the golf course, restaurants and grocery store. This is the perfect spot in Inverness!
