The Space:

A striking spiral staircase welcomes you into this Hamptons-inspired home, leading to an elegant mezzanine level with a relaxing lounge area, minor bedrooms, a family bathroom, and a large, undercover balcony with seating and a TV. Downstairs, the open-plan, stylish lounge invites you to sink into plush sofas while the gas fireplace creates a cosy ambiance on cooler evenings. Large windows and French doors seamlessly connect the indoors and out, while a spacious dining area makes it easy to share meals and stories from the day’s adventures. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring high-end appliances and a breakfast bar—perfect for preparing a home-cooked meal or gathering for drinks before heading out to explore.



Stepping outside, the covered alfresco area boasts a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, BBQ, and a large dining table, making it perfect for enjoying meals outdoors in any season. The enclosed backyard offers a safe and private space to unwind and play, with a fire pit available in the winter for gathering around and toasting marshmallows under the stars (also unavailable during fire ban months.. For those looking for adventure, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and golf clubs are available for guest use, ensuring endless fun both on and off the property.



The primary bedroom on the ground floor is a luxurious retreat, complete with a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, and a private courtyard—a leafy nook to start the day with fresh air and a good book. Upstairs, the second bedroom offers a queen bed and direct access to the balcony, the third bedroom also features a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with two single beds—ideal for children or friends. The fifth bedroom houses two single beds plus a floor mattress, making it a flexible space for the group.



The en-suite in the primary bedroom features dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub for a spa-like experience. The main upstairs bathroom is elegantly finished with dark tiles, a walk-in shower, and a deep bathtub—ideal for a long soak after a day of exploring—and a convenient powder room on the ground floor adds extra comfort.



With Wi-Fi, a laundry with a washer and dryer, and parking for two cars, every detail has been considered to make Hamptons By The Green a home away from home.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire home to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Perfectly positioned in Dunsborough, this home is located directly opposite the Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club Tavern, offering an easy spot for a casual drink or meal. A short bike ride leads to the town centre, where you’ll find fantastic cafés, boutique shops, and local markets. Enjoy a delicious breakfast at Yallingup Coffee Roasting Co. or indulge in fresh, local produce at Meal-Up. For a memorable dinner, Blue Manna Bistro serves incredible seafood, while Occy's Dunsborough offers a relaxed atmosphere with craft beers and hearty meals.



Spend your days exploring the breathtaking coastline, with Meelup Beach and Castle Rock Bay just a short drive away—perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, or a scenic picnic. Parking: There is parking for one car in the garage and another in the driveway.

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.



A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.
