Located in a premiere resort on Indian Point development a short drive past Silver Dollar City on Indian Point, The Roberta is a spectacular 8 bedroom/7 bathroom home with a private hot tub. Enjoy all of the amenities of the resort including a community pool and hot tub (open Memorial Day to Labor Day) along with a lovely view and kayaks that you can check out in the resort (Memorial Day to Labor Day). A 12x28 boat slip comes with your rental for FREE. Bring your own boat or rent one at Indian Point Marina nearby. With a gentle walk to the water of only 100 yards, relaxation on land and by boat can be had in seconds. Now with your OWN GOLF CART too!

The house was absolutely beautiful!! It was great for our big family and the presentation during the Christmas season was gorgeous with a Beautiful, decorated tree in the main living room. Beautiful and comfortable

We stayed with friends and had an absolutely wonderful time. Our group included adults as well as kids and the space was just perfect. Hot tub was nice, location made it easy to get to everything we wanted to see and do. The ping pong table was a hit with the kids and I really enjoyed sitting around the large table to share a meal with friends. Parking was a little tight, but never a major issue.

This place is better and bigger than pictures seem to indicate. This was a perfect place for our 23 guests for a family reunion. Some unexpected circumstances arose and Beth did everything in her control to assist with things that were even out of her control to accommodate our situation. Amazing host!

4th of July week

We stayed here over the 4th of July with our extended family and the place was perfect. We had all age ranges. I brought my boat and used the slip that was included. We played pickleball each day and had a great time on the water. The games in the basement were great for family tournaments. Thank you so much!

This is a beautiful home and is just as the pictures show! Super clean and spacious. Our pre-teen kids loved the bunk rooms and game room! The adults appreciated all of the bathrooms! Lol and with that many bathrooms and 13 total guests, you would think having enough hot water would have been an issue, but it was not at all!! Very thankful for that! Beautiful home and would definitely recommend to any large group.

Overall, we had a wonderful time at this property. The communication with Beth was great and she was very responsive. The house was super clean and beautiful. Some of the pictures and description was inaccurate. The house doesn’t have a lake view and some of the listed queen rooms had a full size bed. Our biggest issue was the dock. It’s the furthest dock away with no vehicle access and not handicap accessible. Docks A and B both had broken ladders which made it very difficult to get back on the dock if you wanted to swim. The pool is has tiles falling off the sides. We made great memories and always enjoy Table Rock Lake.

My 3 children and their families gathered for our First Annual June Birthdays celebration. We chose the Roberta because of the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, dining seating, kitchen storage space, 3 refrigerators, a 2 car garage,, pool and basketball court, boat slip and proximity to SDC and Indian Point Marina. We lacked for nothing, inside and out. We could all fit in one space to share memories and plan activities. Our host,, Beth, was accommodating and a delight to work with.
