Waterville Estates is a year-round resort where you'll receive one pass to the nearby Recreation Center.  Additional passes can be purchased at the front desk.  Here you can enjoy the 2 indoor pools, hot tub, fitness center, game room and bar area. There are also basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, plus a fun playground to entertain the children!  One outdoor heated pool and outdoor hot tub! In the summer, the Waterville Estate's Pond has a sandy beach, swim platform and paddleboat rentals. In the winter, enjoy the ice skating pond. Also, there are plenty of cross-country and walking trails throughout the Estates. Plenty to do for the entire family!! Campton Mt opens in the winter for weekend and night skiing with a lodge including food and drinks. Campton Mt has a chair and tow rope- great family fun.  Wireless Internet is also available at the Recreation Center!

Waterville Valley is only 15 minutes away, and if you are hoping to spice up your ski vacation with other options, Cannon and Loon are only 20 minutes away. For those more inclined to t-shirt activities, there is plenty of golfing to choose from too- Owl's Nest is less than 10 minutes away! Or Highland Links is 20 minutes away.
