Located in Waterville Estates (Thornton, NH) this modern rustic condo has everything you need. Newly renovated 3 bed 2 bath condo has its own dedicated entrance.

The first floor includes a guest room with Queen size bed. A fully renovated first floor bathroom includes a training seat for the little ones. The kitchen overlooks an updated dining area with breakfast bar. A small deck with gas grill is located just off the living room.

On the second floor is a washer and dryer for your use. The “kids’ room” includes a bunkbed and two twins with memory foam mattresses.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with an en suite boasting a jacuzzi tub. Small corner table with USB ports and extra plugs for a comfortable workstation.

All rooms have fresh, cozy bedding with extra pillows and blankets.

For you skiers we are 15 minutes from Waterville Valley Ski Resort and 25 minutes to Loon. When you return home, we have a boot dryer ready for your use! or head to the Base Lodge for food, drinks and live music on the weekends.

Want to work and play? A desk and high-speed internet are provided in the Master bedroom for privacy. The community has its own ski area, Campton Mountain, with a base lodge less than a mile away.

Having a girl’s retreat? 15 minutes to Plymouth NH with quaint stores and unique eateries or 30 minutes to the Tanger Outlets in Tilton! Want to sit by the pool? Two outdoor pools during the summer with one being a 21+ option with hot tub! There are also two indoor pools available in the winter.

If you are planning a family vacation, there are plenty of options! There are hiking trails right in the estates. The Flume Gorge is only a 25-minute drive with beautiful waterfalls and easy hiking for all ages. Clarks Trading Post is another close option with rides, bears and even off-road Segway tours! In the winter, use the small hill in the backyard for sledding, so bring your sled! In the summer, head to the Community center for a game of basketball, Pickle ball, tennis, or Volleyball. There is also a small pond for swimming and is fully stocked for fishing as well. Want to make cookies with kids? We have everything but the ingredients!

Golfers can visit the Owl’s Nest Golf Course, which is the only Jack Nicklaus designed course in New Hampshire, and only one of four in all of New England.

Just the two of you looking for a quiet getaway? The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs. For coffee connoisseurs, we have three different kinds of coffee pots. Or mix up an adult beverage and test your knowledge with the food-and-beverage trivia game. Snuggle up on a frosty winter evening with your someone special in front of the wood burning fireplace and watch your favorite movie on the 65-inch tv.

We want you to enjoy our vacation home as much as we do. The closet in the bunk room is the owners closet. All other areas are available for your use and enjoyment. If something runs out, please let us know so that we can replenish!

Many of the amenities are located at the Waterville Estates Community/Recreation Center. Hours of operation are listed in the Welcome Book at the condo.

We provide 1 guest pass to the center. Additional passes can be purchased at the door each day. Price for additional passes is as follows:

Children 7 and under are always FREE

Adults 18-64 $10

Weekends and holidays:
