This bright and beachy vacation villa features 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths and has a casual elegance throughout that includes central air conditioning, full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, 3 TVs, WiFi, screen porch and deck. Bear Trap Dunes offers amazing amenities such as indoor pool, two outdoor pools, kiddie pools, fitness center, tennis courts, multi-sport court, playgrounds, a clubhouse with restaurant and a convenient in-season beach shuttle service. Convenient location is just three miles to Bethany Beach so you are only a short ride away from sinking your toes in the sand! If using the amenities (optional) guest must pay weekly community recreation fee of $55.00 per person ages 4 and up. Mini Weeks Available all season! Nearby enjoy Bethany Beach/boardwalk, amusement parks, Dewey, Rehoboth, Fenwick, Ocean City and tax free outlet shopping. Guest passes for amenity use are available using the Bear Trap app.
