Brand new! "Le VERBIER" modern and luxurious 3 bedrooms Condo in Mont-Tremblant

Enjoy our amazing, luxurious and brand-new condo at "Le Verbier". It is available for rent when we do not use it. This newly building (construction completion June 2023) offers great view on the mountain.

Within 12 to 15 minutes of walk you will access the pedestrian village close to the ski hills and all the attractions. You can also use the free shuttle that will take you to pedestrian village (less than 1 km away).

Our cozy and stylish condo is a few steps away from the mountain bike trails and from several Golf courses Le Géant, Le Diable, Le Manitou.

Our 1600 square feet 3 bedroom condo has everything you need to enjoy, relax or entertain family and friends. The common areas are spacious. The fully furnished kitchen has a large island, several counter space and storage. The dining room is perfect to entertain and make your stay memorable in beautiful Mont-Tremblant. Our condo is comfortable and practical.

Two free parking spots are available under the building.

The hosts are wonderful and the townhome is absolutely stunning and spacious. Location is close enough to walk to the pedestrian village if you choose, yet far enough away so that you’ve got a little privacy too. We look forward to returning next year! A

Awesome place

It’s a gorgeous unit. Very spacious and walking distance to Tremblant’s pedestrian village. It’s quiet and peaceful. We saw lots of deer. We counted up to 5! Overall, a great stay.

Beautiful Place

Amazing spot. Stayed for the Ironman 70.3 and it was perfect. The place was brand new, clean, and very spacious. The hosts were always quick to respond and professional. Would recommend to all!

Perfect location for Ironman (or skiing)

I was there for the 1/2 Ironman. The place is at the top of a steep hill but only takes 20min to walk down to the village. The bus coming back is very convenient. The place itself is perfect. It has a massive storage room inside the unit that can easily fit 3-4 bikes if needed. Possibly more with kids bikes. It is well stocked with almost everything you need. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay - We will return

Pros: - The owner was quick to respond to questions. - The condo looked like the pictures. - Super comfy beds and good pillows. - Well appointed kitchen. Nice appliances and lots of cooking items available. - Smart TV which allowed us to stream just like we would at home. There is only 1 TV in the house but that was ok with me. - Covered parking was nice but I sure this is a huge plus in the winter. - Quiet community. There seems to be an influx of people on the weekends but even then it wasn’t too crowded for parking and didn’t seem too busy or loud. - Close to the pedestrian village. There is a shuttle but we did not use it during our stay. - The price point was very fair given the size of the house. - There is a trail that runs be hind the condo community. It takes about 15 minutes. We walked this trail with our 3.5 year old every day. The start of the trail is just across the street from the condo. Cons: - The area is still under construction so there was some noise, but it was pretty minimal. The noise did NOT impact our stay in the condo. There does NOT appear to be any additional construction around the condo. The remaining construction seems to be around the pool pavilion. This condo area will be SUPER nice when everything is completed. - We didn’t notice any nearby convenience stores or places to pick up items if you forgot something. You would need to drive back into town which is about 15-20 minutes. This didn’t impact us during our stay.

Super séjour dans un décor chaleureux! Parfaitement équipé, ce condo spacieux était parfait pour nos besoins. Les échanges avec les proprios ont été faciles et ils ont donné un excellent service! Très recommandé! 😊
