Family long weekend

We loved the Plateau, it is a beautiful property. The unit itself is a little dated and could use some TLC, but it was fine for a long weekend and the location is really perfect!

Great March Break Location

We were two families and the condo was perfect, great location, well stocked and the space was amazing - lots of room for adults and kids. Would definitely return and recommend!

Great location but lacking in cleaning/basic supplies

The location of this chalet is amazing. Right off a ski in/out, and easy to make your way back to after a day on the slopes. However, two of the bigger issues we ran into at this rental was a lack of basic cleaning supplies (to wipe down/disinfect the counters and glass top dining table) and the main living room seating only 4 guests when the rental sleeps 8. It was a little weird to have one couple always having to pull up a couple of barstools to sit with everyone in the living room.

Ski in / Ski out

The condo was as advertised and was ski-in and ski-out. We had trouble with the TV but we never asked management to fix it. They did not do a good job of shoveling / plowing but when we called, they did send someone out to fix things.I would stay in the this unit again and use this management company.

Snow removal

Nice property, however there was significant accumulation of snow on the stairs and landing which made access treacherous especially with ski boots. More frequent snow clearance is required. We had difficulty opening the ski closet on the deck because of built up snow and ice.

Beau séjour dans une propriété confortable

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour. La localisation était exceptionnelle. Les lits confortables, les planchers chauffants des salles de bain étaient très agréables.La cuisine mériterait d’être rafraîchie cependant.
