The Space:
This home is the perfect spot to have that countryside retreat you’ve been longing for! In a quaint country town, close to bigger towns and Mt. Macedon.

A modern home with modern furnishings, it has been designed with a focus on comfort. Three bedrooms (Queen, Double, and two singles) cater to a family or group of friends. The large front and backyards, along with the Games Room mean there is plenty of space for kids (and big kids) to have fun.

Architecturally designed, this amazing home boasts natural light, timber flooring, and great finishes throughout.
Featuring a generously sized living room with a 6-chair dining table, a TV with Netflix, a couch plus 3 small sofas, and a split system to keep the property at the perfect temperature.

The full kitchen is equipped with Caesarstone bench tops, essential appliances, cutlery, and cooking utensils for you to create a delicious home-cooked meal. A fridge and microwave are also provided. Just beside the kitchen, the laundry has a washing machine and dryer.

The main bedroom provides a queen bed and a full-sized wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed; the third bedroom has two single beds. The fourth bedroom or Games Room has a Foosball table for your entertainment. The bathroom features a shower and separate bathtub, with the toilet in a separate room for enhanced privacy.

There is a carport for parking one car and plenty of uncovered space for parking more vehicles.

Guest Access:
There is a self check-in and you will be able to use the entire property.

Other Things to Note:
Located in a quiet street, only a 2 minutes drive from FoodWorks, restaurants, cafes, and a recreation reserve.

The location also offers easy access to Walter J Smith Reserve (a cute park with a gorgeous duck pond), Dromkeen Gallery, Gisborne Village Shopping Centre, Sunbury Township, the Macedon Ranges, local wineries, and more.

The property is only located 50 minutes away by car from Melbourne CBD via Calder Fwy/M79, and it can also be accessed via public transport from Southern Cross using the V/Line (Train) to Bendigo via Sunbury.

The nearest airport is Melbourne Airport, approximately 35 minutes from the holiday home.

Important Note:
The house next door is under construction, and unfortunately, their workers will be onsite during the morning and part of the afternoon. Our guests may hear them when they work, we apologize in advance.
