NEW TO OUR PROGRAM! The Burdick cabin is a lake front home with a private pier. To access the house you go will have to go down stairs from the garage. When you enter the home to the open concept modern kitchen, dining room and living room. This rustic mountain cabin offers beautiful views of Donner Lake while you cozy up next to the wood burning fire in the winter or BBQ on the large deck in the summer. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level that both have a queen bed. The second level is accessed by a shallow ladder and leads to the 3rd bedroom and loft that both contain 2 twin beds. There are bathrooms located on both levels of the home as well. Off of the back deck there are stairs to get down to the ground level to take the short trail down the hill to the private pier. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Summer reservations require a 7 night minimum renting Saturday to Saturday. **Nightly Minimum Subject to Change for Holidays** 4 night minimum for Thanksgiving, 7 night minimum for Christmas/New Year's, 3 night minimum for Martin Luther Holiday Weekend, 3 night minimum for Presidents Holiday Weekend, 7 night minimum from Memorial Day to Labor Day, 3 night minimum for Labor Day holiday Weekend.
