We arrived and the property was beautiful and exactly as described. We didn’t prepare any meals while there, but the kitchen was well equipped for pretty much anything you could possibly need! We rented a boat from the marina, which is very close to the house, for some fun on the water. It was very quiet and peaceful and we even had the pleasure of watching 3 baby deer play in the yard behind the house! We would definitely recommend this property and would for sure stay again in the future! Thanks for a very enjoyable vacation and start to our summer fun!

This property was perfect for our short family vacation! It gave our family of 7 plenty of room to spread out & each couple to have their own bathroom (which was our goal!). The view was beautiful and we even took advantage of the fire pit by making dinner "in" one evening. The property was clean, well stocked and had many extras such as a game area, high chair. Pack-n-play, board games, etc. Beth was great with communicating and we did not have any issues. We would definitely stay again if in this area! The only thing I would warn others about, which has nothing to do with the property or owners, is a lot of the close-by restaurants were seasonal & closed during our stay which was not indicated with in a Google search. After trying 3 different places which were all closed, we had to drive into Branson to find something open. Started out at 6pm, was not able to eat until 7:45pm. (Yes, after 3 stops we started calling ahead - please note if you are in this area in September or later.)

Great Location and Communication!

A group of friends and I stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. It was raining so the hot tub was a life saver! We had a few questions for the owner during our stay and they were extremely easy to reach and accommodating! I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Beautiful Rental Property with Great Host

The Ledge was a wonderful place to stay for our family plus friends end of summer vacation. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and properly stocked with everything needed for a great stay. The ping pong table and outdoor space were big hits with our entire group. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place

The house fit our needs perfectly! We had 3 adult couples and we really enjoyed our time. The kitchen was perfect for cooking our dinners. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Being so close to marina was so convenient.

Cathy, I am so glad you enjoy the home and found it to be very clean. I know you commented about the pathway to the water, the Corp of Engineers actually has a moratorium on path permits, so would be against Corp rules, I would love to have that if possibly but do want to follow the rules as well. Beautiful home. Very clean, as a matter of fact, it smelled new. The kitchen had everything you could think of, beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels. The air conditioning kept the home nicely cool, which was a concern I had considering how hot it was. The swim dock was a big hit with the kids and it was well taken care of. I feel it was one of the nicest places we have stayed and we will definately think about staying at The Rock again.

On the Lake

This house was perfect! Huge windows with a lake view. Kayaks and paddle boards on the dock Great location. Only issue we had was the ice maker and water in the refrigerator didn’t work. We had to continually restock ice. We would stay here again!
