This stunning cabin is on over an acre of property on Gun Club Island approximately a 5-minute boat ride South from downtown Kenora. The property is in an East-facing bay for spectacular sun-rises. The shoreline has a boathouse, including a covered docking slip, large deck area, and sand beach. It is protected from the typical Western winds and gets full sun exposure until mid to late afternoon.

The main cabin features 4 bedrooms and one bathroom and an additional outdoor shower. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs and is currently set up to sleep 10 people. Additionally, the "tower room" can be used as desired and is accessed through an upstairs bedroom. The large screened-in porch features a large seating area, a dining area, and contains the washer and dryer. The cabin is on a septic system and full electricity. It has electric baseboard heaters and a large wood stove in the living room if needed for heat. The cabin is equipped with wi-fi internet.

Additional space can be found above the boathouse and the separate guest cabin. The boathouse upper level contains living space that can be used for sitting and has beds to sleep 5, a screened in porch, and outdoor sitting area. The guest cabin feels removed from the main cabin and has a queen-sized bed to sleep 2, a sitting room, a screened-in porch, and deck.

The outdoor space can suit all needs. Near the boathouse there is an elevated rock perfect for small evening fires. There is a larger bonfire pit in the large field beside the cabin. The low-profile lot leaves a field excellent for outdoor games and activities. There is also a trampoline.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, utensils, appliances, cookware and has a dishwasher. There is a BBQ and outdoor dining area on the deck.

This property is water access only. Guests will require their own boat. This lends itself well to hours on the lake doing watersports, fishing, or exploring. Watersports provided include pedal boat, kids kayaks, paddleboards.
