The Space:
- BALCONY REPAIRS & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE - 1/1/2025: Please note that cosmetic construction and maintenance are being performed on the exterior of the building. The balcony may or may not be available during your stay due to construction. Guests staying in this unit will hear some noise related to this construction.

Guest Access:
Guests will receive a 6-digit access code that opens the door to the unit. Guests will also receive a physical key to the building via a lockbox outside the front entrance to the condominium building.

Parking access: you have access to 1 designated parking spot labeled "504." For guests with multiple vehicles, there is additional parking on site on a first-come, first-served basis for any spots that start with the number 12.

Guests will also have access to the following:
- luggage carts and grocery carts located in the lobby
- Beach chairs, coolers, and beach and umbrellas in the storage closet located down the hall from the condo
- Heated Pool
- Sundeck
- Tennis courts
- Hot tub
- The beach can be accessed by the trail behind the property.

The Neighborhood:
Indian Rocks Beach offers a laid-back atmosphere, perfect for those seeking a peaceful beach retreat. However, if you're craving more excitement, bustling Clearwater Beach is only a 15-minute drive to the north, while St. Pete Beach is just a 30-minute drive to the south. Explore waterfront dining and a vibrant nightlife scene in these popular destinations.

For your convenience, a short drive over the 688 Causeway will lead you to grocery stores like Publix, Walmart, Target, and liquor stores, ensuring that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Getting Around:
Indian Rocks Beach is a very walkable neighborhood but there are bicycles and electric scooters available for rent in the area. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd. Uber and Lyft are also available in the area.

Other Things to Note:
- From 12/23 - 4/20 every year, check-in and check-out days are restricted to Saturdays.
- This unit has a 14-night minimum, with no exceptions.
- SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and on the property grounds. Smoking will result in a $500 fine.
- PETS: Sorry, no pets allowed
- APPLICATION: Guests will be asked to fill out an HOA application (at no charge) before their visit.
- BEACH GEAR: There is an outdoor storage closet shared with unit 504 next door with beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas available for guest use. The key to the storage closet is provided in the condo
- You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Beautiful Beach

Loved our patio. Saw sunset nightly. Beds were very cosy and comfortable. Nice location. Lots of restaurants and shops on Gulf Blvd. Kookie coconut was within walking distance and they were very good.

The location and apartment were beautiful. It would have been nice to know in advance about the construction and limited availability of pool and hot tub. Would recommend to family and friends

Vacation 2025

The condo was well appointed and had an excellent location. The major problem was the definition of "maintenance" in the property description. It was not maintenanceo; it was a total rehab of all the balconied involving jack hammers and grinders. NOISE from 8 to 5. The balcony was eventually unusable as the railings anf tiled were removed.

Construction Noise All Day Long

Minor cosmetic repairs on balcony meant a demolished balcony with no access for our entire stay which was a huge disappointment for us. The good news was that the condo itself was very nice inside and the host worked with us to get fair compensation for the lack of balcony and the fact that we had to leave the condo during the day while workers were working. Noise was often unbearable. Hopefully when construction is completed the condo will be 5 stars

Misrepresentation - Miscommunication

Property reserved in November 2024; no one contacted us to advise the building was under construction; no access to balcony when it was advertised as beachfront balcony. Construction noise was unreal; jack hammering at 8am our first day; continued throughout our 2 week stay. All of the instructions for check in were incorrect; key location was wrong, keys to closet for beach items was not available. Elevator broke down twice during our stay; had to contact property management to get repaired. Condo was nice inside, but everything else was disappointing. Lastly, we found that other renters paid far less (almost 50%) than what we were charged, despite the fact that we rented 7 months earlier while they had rented within the last 2-3 months. I contacted the Brightwild management team a week prior to our stay and they confirmed everything was good to go. It totally was not, which seemed quite deceptive to me.
