Indian Rocks Beach Unit B Star5Vacations

Come enjoy our Indian Rocks Beach heated poolside oasis, just a few hundred feet from public beach access - located at the end of our street. You also have beautiful intercoastal water views at the opposite end of our street, where there is a public park area for you to enjoy.

This is an open floorplan with the bedrooms off the foyer and living room, making them private from one another. The large master features a king size bed, 2 nightstands, and a dresser with a large flat screen TV. In the hallway to your private attached bathroom, is a spacious walk in closet. directly across from the walk in is the laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer. The master bathroom features a vanity/sink area with a door separating the shower and toilet area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need during your stay. It is brand new and features 3 seats at the breakfast bar, which over looks the dining and living room area. The dining room table has 4 chairs, so together the bar and dining can accommodate every one comfortably.

The living room features a large flat screen TV. WIFI info is located on the TV stand in the living room for your convenience.

The guest bedroom and guest bathroom are located in a hallway off the living and dining room. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a large vanity sink. The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, a flat screen TV, and a closet.

Guest bedroom #2 perfect for kids featuring a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a single mattress on the top. A flat screen T.V. , dresser and closet.

The unit is equipped with all bath towels, bed linens, extra pillows/linens for pullout, beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella.

The coffee maker is a Keurig Duo which uses single serve k-cups or a regular ground pot of coffee.

The pool area is shared between a total of 3 units. It features a shared Weber grill, 4 shared lounge chairs, and 4 small dining sets. The pool is cleaned on Thursdays and has a pool cleaner that can be taken out while in use. Grilling utensils are inside of each unit and must be brought back into their designated units after each use.

Other things to note:
LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM and checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who check-in early or checkout past checkout time will charged the additional fee of $50/hr.
There is a security camera facing the driveway that will be on during your stay. Any pets or extra guests seen on property is subject to a charge.

We had a wonderful stay here. It is easy to walk to the beach and there are great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. The place comfortably fit our family of 5 and we had everything we needed. There was beach gear that came in handy (umbrellas, chairs, toys). It was a great area to stay, and while there were regularly people on the beach, it wasn’t too crowded.

Great family friendly property and location

We loved this property and location! Quiet area. Walking distance to beach and Coco’s Crush Bar and Grill. The property was decorated nicely in beach decor. We loved the pool, grill, beach chairs/buggy, washer/dryer. Short drive to Clearwater, John’s Pass and St Pete. We had a great time!

Great Location!

My family of 6 stayed for a week. We had a wonderful time. The apartment is centrally located between the ocean & the bay, just an easy short walk in each direction. There were tons of beach toys, beach chairs & a beach wagon that we used daily! I would definitely stay there again :)

Overall, nice location

Pretty close to the beach. You just have to walk two blocks directly westThe beach in that area is not overly crowdedThere’s a good restaurant only one block away if you want to get drinks/foodThe unit could be in better condition. The washer and dryer were working, but looked like they are on their last legs. There were some areas of mild damage in the unit that we let them know about when we checked in, that could likely be addressed.The kitchen, however, is well equipped, and having three bedroom bedrooms was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet.Short drive to Clearwater, and there’s a grocery store only about five or 10 minutes away across the bridgeThe instructions for finding the property could be better. The street address does not match the street that the doors face so when we arrived at night, it took us a while to figure out how to find the property, I think they could use some better photos and description, which would lead to less confusion There’s plenty of parking for the unit, you can pull under a carport for one of your cars and if you have a second car, you could park behind it, we only had one vehicle so we had more than enough room

Great place for a family stay

We stayed here for a few days for Spring Break. The place is clean and quiet. It is walking distance from the beach m. They provide all the basic necessities to have a good day at the beach. There are several places close enough to walk or have a short drive. I would come back again in the future

We enjoyed our stay in Indian Rocks Beach. The rental was convenient to restaurants, the beach, the trolley, and just a short drive from Baycare Ballpark. The beds were comfortable. I wish I slept that well at home!There were some minor details that could be attended to before the next guests arrive: dresser handles in bunk room need to be replaced; doors to hall bath and adjacent bedroom need to be shaved so they don't stick; the one beach umbrella is broken and needs to be replaced; cabinet over fridge needs to have handle secured; the bifold door at the washer/dryer needs to be put back on track; the blinds in the living room and bunk room need panels to be replaced; additional beach towels would be appreciated.

Lovely condo, well situated for exploring

Pros - lovely space for our family of 6 (2x Grandparents, 2x parents, 2 children aged 2 & 3).- great proximity to beach and restaurants- very sociable layout- great base for exploring other towns up and down the coast.Cons - no heating in bunk bed room- dishwasher broke down when we were there, which they organised to have someone fix but the part would take a week to order. - cleanliness - on the face of it, the condo was clean but we had to move some cushions on the sofa to retrieve some of our toys from behind it and it was quite grubby.- communication- tried to pay our final instalment over the Christmas period. After a week the payment was still pending. I called the States (we’re in the UK) after getting no response to our 3 emails and ended up having to pay for it with another card for fear of losing the booking. The payment is still pending almost 2 months later.

Convenient Spot to Vacation

The rental was clean and tidy with all the essentials for cooking and prep - all the beach items were a plus as well. There was no propane for the grill however, and never got an answer from the host when asking about it. Everything was great except for the communication with the host. The walk to the beach was a breeze and having Cafe De Paris a block away was a bonus. We love that place. The sectional could stand to be replaced (pretty stained up) as well as the beach umbrellas (which the ribs are not in the best shape) BUT all in all - we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in IRB. The accommodations were exceptional. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great for kids!! Games, beach toys, pack n play, and bunk beds made it fun and accommodating for my 8, 4, and 1 year olds. There were lots of extras: coffee filters, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, seasonings, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, beach chairs, pool noodles, beach wagon, a cooler, family games, and so much more. We had a fantastic time and enjoyed our stay!! A few cons: main bathroom door sticks and makes a loud scraping noise when opened/closed; microwave door sticks and had to be pulled opened while holding the button down; outdoor stairs are slippery as the grip has worn off; glass shower door in master is loose and I worried it could fall off…other than those very minor inconveniences, I would highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely stay again in the future!! Thanks for a wonderful experience!!

My 4 children and I had a wonderful holiday. The condo was clean and bright. Everything you would need is in the unit. Short walk to the beach. The beach was perfect even for my smaller ones. Shallow and plenty of space to run and play. We had a really great time here!

Great spot

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was amazing and it was clean and updated. My only complaints would be to get a new carpet b/c the one they had looked very dirty and old, the shower pressure hurt it was so strong, and the light in the kids room didn't work. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!!

Our stay!

Great location with easy access to Publix and beach. Issues: Microwave door is hard to open, and the leg was missing. The carpet was dirty and stained. Last year the kitchen knife holder had scissors but missing this year. The bedroom and bathroom doors were not easy to open because the door rubbed against the door frame. Never had conversation with property manager. Next door renter call manager because the pool wasn't clean, and the pool net had a hole in it.
