Sapphire Unit 1706 is on the 17th floor of the South Tower at 410a Padre Blvd

— the iconic teal complex you cannot miss crossing the causeway onto South

Padre Island.

Three bedrooms, two baths, up to 8 guests, with ocean and beach views from the

living room and master suite. Open-concept kitchen with eat-in breakfast bar,

high ceilings, all-tile floors, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The $60+

daily resort fee is built into your rate — no surprises nor hidden fees.

Three-night minimum stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils for real

home cooking. High-speed WiFi and smart TVs are throughout the condo for work

or winding down after the beach.



Five reasons to book:



Two private balconies give you two completely different experiences: the

ocean-facing balcony looks straight out at the Gulf from the 17th floor, and

the bayside patio comes equipped with an electric grill for family cookouts in

the open air. Both are furnished, both are private, and up here the views

stretch further than you expect.



The master suite’s bathroom is the kind that changes your morning routine for

the better — a garden soaker tub, a glass shower stall, and a walk-in closet,

with an ocean and beach view you can see from the bedroom itself.



Unit 1706 sits on the south-facing side of the South Tower with an

unobstructed sightline to the SpaceX launch facility. When a launch happens,

you are watching it from what is genuinely one of the most exclusive vantage

points on the planet — from the 17th floor, with the Gulf of Mexico below and

a rocket climbing above.



Sapphire’s resort amenities are the best on South Padre Island: the single

longest pool on the island at about 100 yards, a massive 12-person heated

jacuzzi, a game room with pinball, foosball, and pool table plus a 24-seat

private theater, a full-service spa with facials, massages, and an Aveda

salon, a fitness center, private beach access with an outdoor shower,

available beach chais and umbrella rentals, and pre-reservable pool cabanas.

is Island’s best & private



Margaritaville Resort is right next door — multiple restaurants and bars

within a short walk without leaving the south end. Sapphire’s 24/7 front desk

handles security and guest services around the clock, and a covered porte-

cochère at the building entrance makes unloading luggage and groceries easy.

Luggage carts and grocery carts are available in the building.



SLEEPING (Up to 8 Guests)

Three bedrooms with bedding for up to 8 guests. The master suite has a direct

ocean and beach view and a private en suite bathroom. The 8-guest maximum

includes infants and children.



PARKING

Two covered free parking spaces are included in the covered garage at no

additional charge — parking is free here, unlike hotels on the island that

charge for every car. EV chargers are available in the garage for Tesla and

other electric vehicles for a fee.



NEIGHBORHOOD

Property is next door as mentioned to Margaritaville Resort & you are

permitted to use their restaurants and bars, but not the pool.

SAPPHIRE HOA CHECK-IN

Sapphire requires two HOA documents before check-in: a rental and house rules

agreement, and a property form listing all guest names and vehicles. We pre-

collect and email both to you for electronic signature before arrival — it is

straightforward and we walk you through it.



Wristbands are issued at the front desk at check-in and must be worn

throughout your stay. No unregistered guests are ever permitted at this

property; the front desk enforces this without exception and you cannot name

change guests.



SPRING BREAK AND EASTER (SEMANA SANTA)

During mid-March and Easter week, the Sapphire HOA requires:



* Primary guest must be 30 years of age or older, and the group must be immediate family only — parents and their immediate children. No extended family, no friends. Under the HOA’s definition, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins do not qualify as immediate family during these periods.



The front desk strictly enforces this and will not allow check-in if the

requirements are not met.



The rest of the year, the primary guest must be 25 or older and the group may

include anyone, up to the 8-person maximum.



Please note we have multiple units and can rent you more than one. Inquire —

we would love to help you out!



High-speed WiFi is included throughout the condo; please note that Spectrum

service can be spotty at times, so come prepared with a hotspot on your phone

if you have must-do work as it can go down.



DISCOUNTS — JUST ASK

Reduced rates for off-season stays (September 15 – December 15), veterans and

active military, and current Texas tackle football coaches (our sons play for

Lake Travis in Austin — Go Cavs!). Send a message and ask.



POLICIES

The Sapphire property requires the primary guest to be 25 or older year-round

(30 or older during Spring Break and Easter — see section above). Three-night

minimum stay. A signed digital rental agreement and valid photo ID are

required before check-in. You must read and agree to all house rules prior to

booking — we are happy to answer any questions before you arrive. Strict

cancellation policy applies. No smoking, no parties, no loud music at any

time. No pets. The property is security patrolled at night.



SELF CHECK-IN & MANAGEMENT

Professionally managed by South Padre Trips — the #1 reviewed vacation rental

company on South Padre Island, with 24/7 phone support. Office at 2600 Padre

Blvd, open 7 days a week. Door codes are sent by text by 3 PM on your arrival

day.



You are required to register with ID at front desk open 24 hours a day



We PRO-clean between each reservation and stay — not a quick cleanup, done

right every time. We have staff on 24 hours a day, a real bonus you cannot

find with a mom-and-pop host. Starter toiletries and cleaning supplies are

provided but not replenished. For stays of 3 nights or more, complimentary

linen and towel exchange is available at the South Padre Trips office at 2600

Padre Blvd — the best property manager on South Padre Island.
