Great view of beach! Coffee pot was both drip a podsThe only reason for the four star is the bedroom TV was very difficult to turn on with the remote and there are no bedside plugs for your devices. Otherwise, the overall stay was great!

Great location/view.The mattress in master suite need replacing very loud, kept us up all night.Balcony door would not open more than 2”.Disposal in the kitchen started leaking second day and got water all over the kitchen.Broken elevator which was extremely inconvenient being on the 5th floor.

Check in was easy. The place was clean and spaceous. The view was amazing, even better than the pictures. My wife has said this is our new SPI spot.

Main bedroom bed

This is the third time we stayed in this condo and love it but my advice is with the money people pay to rent this condo the bed needs to be better, the only thing you feel when trying to sleep are the springs from the mattress, the couch became my bed because the mattress was awful to try and sleep on everything else was amazing, love this condo but please invest in a better mattress for the main room for your guest. Thank you!

Awesome location and view

The location of this unit was perfect. We have 2 small dogs and being on this floor was easy to take them out. They loved the beach. We spend alot of time on the balcony enjoying the ocean breeze and reading a good book. Always enjoy our stay at Inverness. Great staff.

Great Location/Lacks Amenities and customer Service

When we arrived we had to wait for the front person to come in, she was unprofessional didn't bother explaining how to get to our room or where anything was. The pool was not available for us to use until the last day of our stay. Ants were everywhere before we even unpacked. The condo was not very clean, the mattress were so old you could feel the metal coils, no plastic wear for children. we were on the 3rd floor and it only had 1 washer and dryer for the whole floor to use. The washer and dryer take quarters only but no where to to exchange your bills, the front desk only had enough quarters for us to do a single load of laundry they didn't even have a machine for this. We had to drive to the car wash to get quarters. You are only allowed one towel/linen change for the week. The cleaning lady proceeded to shake out and count the towels in the room instead of outside so I had to clean the floors from the sand. only four bath towels were provided for a family of five. when leaving you are required to do half of the cleaning ladies work even when you paid the cleaning fee. strip all the beds and put towels in pile for them take out all the trash. Over all the only great thing about this place is the convenience to the beach.

Perfect getaway

We loved the location! Right on the beach! Huge balconies. Clean property. Easy check in. A little dated, but it was perfect for our family and dogs! Only downfalls were one onf the elevators was down and the master bed was a little stiff. Overall a great weekend.

Great week of weather and an awesome beach.

These units and their balconies are massive. Our 1 year old twins had a blast and were safe and secure.Really appreciate letting us cancel our original booking and moving it a couple months for us.

I loved the beachfront patio. Clean condo. Great location but parking was rough; very small. The check in person was not very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding Balcony, but...

First off, the communication with the owner was excellent; and when I made a complaint about the poor quality mattress, the front desk replied promptly and switched out my mattress. However, all three mattresses in the rooms felt like lying on springs. They should not be kept under any circumstances. There was no room number given when I paid for the condo, so what you see in the pics will most likely not be the room. That was my fault, but a fair warning to others who also might not have paid attention. Even if they all look similar, the 3rd floor versus another floor makes a difference. Also, in each room you could hear the pipe flow from other rooms in the building (a flushing sound, nothing disgusting, but water flowing nonetheless). Lastly, on our final night there appeared two Texas-sized roaches in the kitchen who did not seem to care about the lights and our presence (our rooms were kept moderately clean; yes, some food was out on the table as we had just finished eating earlier, but I have stayed in several places on the Island with the same cleaning habits and have never seen a roach). I would not recommend. There are other owners and rooms at the Inverness which could provide better and updated beds and furniture.

Great location right on the beach

Nice central location on the island, right on the beach. Everyone agreed that the balcony overlooking the beach was fantastic, and bigger than we expected. Had some great views of sunrise and easy access to the beach.

Great Father & Son Get Away

My son and I stayed here In July and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay ! The place met our expectations and will keep it on our list for the next visit. Directly on the beach, clean , all the amenities ,great view, parking garage , outstanding sunrises !!
