La casa, completamente renovada en noviembre-diciembre de 2016, es muy espaciosa y cómoda, ideal para familias o grupos de amigos. Este magnífico apartamento, ubicado en el quinto piso de un edificio del sexto piso, con ascensor, tiene un área de 200 metros cuadrados y consta de un amplio hall con un gran armario, sala de estar con mesa de comedor y un nuevo y cómodo sofá cama ( 2 plazas), cocina totalmente equipada con mesa de comedor, cuatro amplios dormitorios, 3 baños con ducha o una combinación de bañera / ducha. Las habitaciones son las siguientes:
1) la habitación uno tiene una cama queen size y una cama individual (3 personas);
2) la habitación dos tiene una cama queen size (2 personas) y un baño privado con ducha;
3) la habitación tres tiene una cama queen size (2 personas);
4) la habitación cuatro es un gemelo (2 personas).
Todas las habitaciones tienen TV LCD y grandes armarios.
Todas las habitaciones están iluminadas por grandes ventanales y tienen techos altos, característicos de los edificios antiguos de Roman. Los muebles son nuevos y la casa es única, con una vista maravillosa sobre S. Peter iglesia y muy tranquila. Aire acondicionado, calefacción central, acceso gratuito a internet wifi (muy rápido en fibra óptica), agua caliente continua, 5 TV Lcd, lavadora y secadora, caja fuerte, horno, microondas, cafetera, tostadora, cafetera.
El apartamento está ubicado en un hermoso edificio con entrada desde Via della Stazione di San Pietro.
La ubicación de la casa es fantástica: pocos minutos caminando a S. Peter Church y S. Peter Rail Station con trenes cada 10-15 minutos a Roma Trastevere, Roma Ostiense, Roma Termini, Roma Tiburtina, etc. El autobús 64 a Piazza Venezia (Coliseo) está al lado del edificio. Tiendas, cafés, restaurantes, Green Groucery (abierto las 24 horas), pasteleros muy cerca también. Parada de taxis a solo 1 minuto caminando del edificio.

Spacious stay close to the Vatican

Location was clean and spacious with a super market close by for food and drink. Walking distance to most attractions and close to public transit. Laundry on site works well, needed to hang dry most items.

Great location, great accommodations!

This location was perfect for us. It was around the corner from the train and a taxi stand, close to shopping and restaurants. The property was clean and we were greeted right when we arrived. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Highly recommend

We had a great stay. Alan was there at check in and even contacted us before to let us know what to expect. The location is walking distance to the Vatican and many restaurants. Short walk to buses to Pantheon, Coliseum and other attractions. The apartment was spotless and had all amenities described. We would definitely recommend!

Amazing apartment

We loved the romance and comfort of this apartment. Everything was as advertised. The beds were comfortable; showers were warm. Neighborhood was charming and very close to train, bus, Vatican. Shoppes in area had pastries and coffees and nice restaurants were close. Highly recommend!!

Great Apartment - Highly Recomend

We had 8 travelers, and this apartment had plenty of space. Spacious bedrooms, newer, upgraded kitchen and baths. Lots of very good, reasonable restaurants within a couple blocks, public transportation very near by. The manager and host were great, even after i locked our passports in the safe and lost the key. Host also arranged for our transportation from the airport, which was great1 Would stay here again and highly recoment.

Perfection

The pictures are accurate… everything is white, clean and lovely. Communication was excellent, the size of each bedroom was large, the beds were very comfortable and the apartment was located pretty well for exploring all the major attractions. I’d highly recommend this property.

Beautiful, newly remodeled apartment

Beautiful, remodeled apartment. Excellent location! 5 min walk to the train station, 10 min walk to St Peter's Square and the Vatican, 5 min walk to a 24 hr grocery store. The owner Maurizio was awesome - He checked in during our stay to make sure things were going well and was always available to help with transportation when needed.

Friend place was over booked so we had 2 extra people. Plenty of room host was wonderful. Any issues were addressed within an hour.

Good Property in a Great Location

We really enjoyed the space and number of bedrooms provided by this property. The location is in a safe and residential area with lots of restaurants, bars, and a grocery store nearby. It is also very close to the Vatican as well as walkable to the center of Rome. If needed, there is also a bus and train stop behind him property. The property has an old but usable elevator and very good AC. The manager booked all of our transfers for us. The were a good price and very efficient. While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few negatives. The beds were very hard and only had a bottom sheet and a top sheet. There were a few old looking comforters in the closets that we chose not to use because we didn't know if they were washed after each guest. Also, the washing machine is VERY small and slow. And please make sure to empty the water container from the dryer after every load or it will not dry. In one of the bedrooms there was a hose dripping water into a plastic container under the AC unit. In order for it to not overflow, were had to empty it multiple times a day and once in the night. We were NOT told this upon arrival and had to figure it out for ourselves. The bedroom with the small ensuite bathroom has a toilet that you may not put ANY toilet paper down. However, there is a bidet if necessary. The shower in this room is also extremely small, which made it difficult to use. The other bathrooms were fine and could be used as normal. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

This place worked out perfectly for the 9 of us! We all had our own rooms and felt right at home. Never felt crammed in the space and worked out great being close to the train for us to head to Civitavecchia Port. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

This was a great place for our family of 6. The washer and dryer were very useful. The separate kitchen and living room areas were spaces we could all be together. The host was very helpful during check in and was responsive throughout our stay. Great location!

Très bon séjour!

Appartement conforme à la description, spacieux, confortable et fonctionnel. Emplacement à deux pas de la place Saint Pierre permet de nombreuses visites à pied. Arrêt de bus à 150m également très pratique. Maurizio ou ses collaborateurs répondent rapidement et peuvent organiser les transferts de ou vers l'aéroport et autres facilités. Très bon séjour.

Disappointed- I would not recommend staying here

Well, let me start by saying. I read most of the reviews before booking and thought this place will still work for our family. I knew there would be very little toilet paper provided for the amount of ppl, small plumbing issues, one towel per guest, a lift that only allows 3 ppl at a time. Five flights of stairs if you didn't want to wait on the lift and we're close to the market to buy extra toilet paper and detergent to wash towels. Transportation and the check in process was fine and Allan was great with making sure we were comfortable. We arrived a little earlier before the cleaning service but they did a great job cleaning up from previous guest that just checked out. The disappointment is the toilets not flushing. During our entire stay we had to fetch buckets of water to flush the toilets which was so embarrassing for us. We did report it to Allan, not his fault but he had to do the same thing which was even more embarrassing. Some of us found other places to go during our tour of Rome. We never heard from the owner Maurizio. He suggested to Allan that we take a pic of the problem and forwarded to him when Allan was there and seen it with his own eyes. Loud construction, the front door handle fell off but we we figured it out and reattached the knob, One of the TV was not working. It was a cable issue and Allan resolved it. The air filters need changing. We left a day early. Overpriced with cheap upgrades. We would've been better off & cheaper staying in a hotel.

Incredible Apartment

I had stayed in Rome on two previous occasions and was expecting a smaller apartment. This apartment exceeded my expectations. It was not only large enough to hold my family of 10, but it was clean and had all the amenities you would need. We were greeted by Alan and he provided an overview of the apartment as well as had a bottle of wine waiting for us. It is located just a few minutes walk from St. Peter's Square which made for unbelievable views while walking. The only minor issue was the washer and dryer. You cannot fit much in them and it takes a while to dry the clothes. But this did not take away from the stay. I would highly recommend this to anyone travelling with a large group of people.

4 night stay close to Vatican City

Property was in a very safe area a short walk from markets, restaurants and Vatican City. Communication with manager was outstanding and responsive. Complex had a lift that makes luggage and steps minimal effort. Great for families and multiple couples as we had 4 BR’s large living and kitchen space as well.

Fabulous Stay!

Family of 6 loved this apartment for a vacation in Rome! It was spacious, well stocked and extremely comfortable for all of us. Couldn’t ask for a better location. We absolutely loved it and would definitely come back and recommend to others. Allan was wonderful to work with ar check in and very accommodating!
