Came down to visit my son's Ceremony for the Army. The house has plenty of room, and plenty of TV's (my son and his battle buddy stay up all night seeing movies, so the TVs were a huge hit). Check in was easily. Very clean place & comfortable. Thank you for letting us stay at your house.

Place was in the Getto, didn't even get out of the car, it is rented by a management service and they didnt care. STAY AWAY VRBO was no help either

Overall we had a good experience at this home! Really only a couple of issues, the main TV lost its internet access, and there were a couple of furniture pieces that were broken. Other than that zero problems or issues.

We did not stay due to the condition of the house. When we walked in and through the house I immediately knew that we were not going to stay. The house was dirty, smelled very bad and there was trash in the yard. I never felt like I HAD to take pictures of the condition of a VRBO house, in case I needed to prove that the damage was there when we arrived, but that’s exactly what I did (30 of them). For those reasons we made other arrangements, locked the house and left within 15-20 minutes of arriving.

Great property

A perfect home for what we needed. 9 people and we did not feel cramped at all. Very convenient to Ft. Moore. Would definitely stay here again.

The neighborhood is run down. cars parked in yards, trash and furniture outside. The house has so much potential, but lacking a lot. We had 7 people and were left with 2 rolls of toilet paper. 4 forks. the grill is broken. Dining chairs are all about to fall apart. There was mouse poop all over the fireplace. One remote for all 3 bedroom tv's, and the main living room tv only has antenna channels, we couldn't get it to connect to the internet. When I pulled the sheets of master bed to check out, I found fluids and blood on the mattress protector. Very disappointed.

I should have read the reviews before booking. We came for my sons turning green ceremony. The house is quaint and was pretty clean. Unfortunately I don’t have much more to say that’s positive. The beds slats kept falling off both queen beds. There weren’t enough utensils, cups or coffee mugs for the 7 person capacity stated. There weren’t enough towels for 6 ppl for our stay and there was no detergent for washing. We couldn’t find cleaning rags or a broom/dustpan for daily tidying and we ran out of trash bags. The kitchen furniture was wobbly and living room furniture didn’t function properly. There wasn’t enough toilet paper for our stay. The tvs didn’t have functioning remotes and the wifi was spotty. We saw a roach in the bathroom which I chucked up to a one off event until I saw one every night in the master bathroom. I didn’t see them in the kitchen.

It looks nothing like the pictures! The door doesnt lock, it takes a while for it to lock, the AC never started cooling down, The 2 big bedrooms had broken beds an was an uncomfortable sleep, the toaster an coffee an sugar had rice poop in it, the was no dishes or silverware, only one TV worked because there was only one correct remote for it, it looks like it hasnt been mowed at all, the master bedroom in the bathroom the shower is coming out the wall, the curtains had stains everywhere, the regular bathroom didnt drain, there was barely any hot water to shower, the dining room table chairs were wobbly an unsafe, the floor to the kids room has staples poking outta the floor, the couch was covered in hair. Do not recommend staying here.

I went cheaper with a house so wasnt expecting the hilton. But it is in more of a ran down neighborhood. I wpuldnt let my kids outside by themselves. There are carpet tacks in the carpet between the 2 kids bedrooms and bathroom that kept stabbing everyones feet. But was good for what we needed it for.

Had a short cool stay

We needed a place to stay while visting my son at Fort Moore. The AC worked great and that is important as it was over 100 the 4 days I was down. With in driving destance to everything you need. Home in an older area and some of tye other houses are not kept up. Night stands are have cooling drawer for drinks that could be fun if ya wanna redbull as you 1st wake up. Lol. Owner texted to make sure check in was went smooth-I thought that was nice too.

Terrible House Catfish

This house looks beautiful in the posted pictures of the listing but when you arrive you are in the hood no way around it. We spent enough time in this house to book a hotel on the other side of town and get the heck out as fast as we could. I’m not petty enough to ask for my money back but I wouldn’t recommend this casa to my worst enemy.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

Do not rent here under any circumstances. The place looks nice in the photos but when I arrived it was filthy and smelled of mold. It does not look like the pictures. There was mail thrown across the living room, trash bags stuffed in every window, and multiple cockroaches. The neighborhood is not safe. Especially if you have children or elderly family members you must stay away.

When we arrived the bushes around the door were above the roof and partially obstructing the stairwell to enter. The grass was up to our knees as well. The “hall” between the bunk room and the bathroom floor felt rotten out and I would not let my kid walk in the middle of the floor, we used the edges. The beds are difficult to get in and out of due to the extended bed frame and the seats of the chairs around the kitchen table kept coming off. The kitchen floor near the back bed room is cracked and the tiles are coming up. I told my family to keep their shoes on when walking about. The place has potential but there is too much deferred maintenance. The couch on the front porch needs to go as it is wet. The neighborhood is quiet but I did not feel it was safe enough to let my child play outside not that I would since the grass was so high.

Not as Advertised

Overall the home is cozy and convenient if you are staying in the area for any Fort Moore ceremonies. The beds were comfortable, clean and as advertised. However, I would not stay in this home again. When we arrived the toilet lid in the master bathroom was on the floor and after just a few uses, the toilet seat fell off as well. The home is advertised as having 4 televisions. This is the biggest reason we chose this home. We could only use 2 TVs at a time because the 2 smaller bedrooms had no remotes. There were wasp nests on the front porch, the curtains in one of the bedrooms and the guest bath were too small, so they gave no privacy, the master shower barely drained and the master bathroom door was splattered with some yellow substance. The neighborhood was a little sketchy and we even had a moment when we had to stay away from the windows because there were gun shots.

Horrible experience

There was mold in one of the bathroom tubs, throughout the property there was exposed wires coming out the flooring, the couches were full of animal hair, under the furniture it was full of dirt dust and crumbs as if it hadnt been cleaned in a while, the steps for the bunk beds were broken and has nails exposed which my toddler almost got stabbed with, all beds were sunken in the middle so you could not even sleep comfortably. The chairs for the dining table were broken resulting in us having to eat dinner on the floor every night we were there, the kids had to sleep in the master room and the rest of us on the floor or couch (full of animal hair) due to the exposed nails in the childrens room. Reached out to property manager at the time of arrival with all these problems and did not recieve a response until day of check out.

Refund Please

Disappointment was my first impression as we drove up to the property. Undesirable neighborhood; the grass had not been cut; the the air conditioning unit sitting in the front window; a full garbage can covered with flies; empty animal creates scattered behind the bushes in the backyard; the garbage laying around in the backyard. Unfortunately the inside wasn’t much better. Water stains on the ceiling and walls; stained broken couch; boxspring behind the headboard; only 1 plate and bowl; filthy toaster oven, refrigerator, cabinets, and pantry; broken dishwasher; plastic and paper towels shoved around window seals; stained bathtubs. The only highlights were the fact that the Marriott had available rooms; I had not unpacked the car; and a refund was deposited in my bank account.
