DESCRIPTION
Casa Texana offers an exceptionally flexible beachfront setup for extended families and groups traveling together.
The property combines a two-story, four-bedroom main house with a separate three-bedroom garden casita, providing seven bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms in total.
The main house has two spacious living areas and two kitchens. On the ground floor, the primary gathering space opens directly to the pool terrace and Caribbean. Two ocean-facing King bedrooms have direct access toward the pool, while a third bedroom with two Twin beds overlooks the garden.
The second floor includes the King primary suite with private bathroom and ocean-facing balcony, plus another living area, kitchen with wet bar, and outdoor dining space.
The separate garden casita provides three additional bedrooms, including two King rooms and one room with two Twin beds.
Air conditioning is provided in the bedrooms and living area.

Casa Texana's private swimming pool sits directly between the villa and Caribbean, creating a central outdoor gathering place for your group.
Multiple terraces, outdoor dining spaces, hammocks, lounge areas, and beach shade make it easy to spend most of the day outside.
Kayaks, a paddleboard, and life jackets are provided for guest use and are subject to availability and condition during your stay.
A charcoal grill is available for meals at home, while the rooftop terrace offers another gathering space with broad coastal views and a wonderful setting for stargazing.
COOK SERVICE
Optional weekly cook service is available for:
• US$650 per week for up to 8 guests
• 2 meals per day Monday through Friday
• Breakfast + lunch OR breakfast + dinner
• Additional guests: US$80 each
Individual meals can also be arranged:
• US$65 per meal for up to 8 guests
• Additional guests: US$8 per person, per meal
Groceries and shopping fees are additional. Cook service should be arranged in advance.

Casa Texana is located directly on the beach in the residential community of South Akumal.
The setting offers a quieter beachfront home base while keeping Akumal's restaurants and attractions within a short drive. Tulum, cenotes, eco-parks, and other Riviera Maya destinations are also convenient for day trips.
