Well winter is fast approaching so sit back and relax after your day and enjoy the serenity and view ( mountains) of our back yard. Each room has a view with private patio, fire pit and BBQ. Very quiet above ground exceptionally clean and private spacious suite with 9’ ceilings. King size bed for a great night sleep. The suite also has a private separate entry with keyless entry.
All amenities are included. We are situated away from the main rd so no traffic noise or issues. Only 7 min to downtown. ( 15-20 min to airport) and a short easy drive (35-40min) to Sun Peaks Ski Resort or to the Shuswap lake resorts. Very quiet neighborhood.
The space
1000’ sq ft. Full kitchen and bathroom. Large bdrm with king size bed, walk-in closet, dresser and TV. You have covered patio with views of mountains and beautiful landscaping backing on to green space. We have a 3 car driveway off the cresent so no through traffic on our street. You’ll find our location very quiet and private
Guest access
You’ll have the complete suite to yourself with private entrance and back yard. You’ll also have your own parking spot in driveway

We also ask if your a smoker that you do so outside the suite and away from the house so that it doesn’t go into house above suite
