Getting elsewhere from our fantastic location has never been easier as we are just a short stroll away from a range of the region’s popular restaurants and bars, shopping and entertainment attractions, and the tram network.

The Space:
Our apartment allows a maximum of 4 guests and features:-
• a stylishly furnished Living Room with balcony access capturing an ocean view
• a well-functioning Kitchen
• Bedroom x2 completed with Queen Bed x2
• Bathroom x1
• a fully equipped Laundry Room
AMENITIES:
For your convenience, a “starter pack” is provided for you to settle in, please note that there is no housekeeping or replenishment of items for the duration of your stay.
• Bed linen
• Bath towel x4, hand towel x4 and bath mat x1
• Travel Amenity Kit x2 (shower gel, shampoo and hand wash/ soap)
• Toilet paper roll
• Facial tissue
• Some sachet coffee, tea, sugar and milk
• Laundry liquid/ powder, dishwashing liquid/ tablet, dishwashing sponge and tea towel - x1
ACCOMMODATION PARKING:
• FREE PARKING x1 – one designated onsite undercover spot on level B1 (NOTE: height bar limit to the carpark entry is 2.25m)

Guest Access:
As our guests, you may enjoy your leisure with exclusive access to the recreation deck on level 3 for the following facilities:
• Lap Pool (pool depth 1.2m - 1.35m) & Spa
• Sauna
• Gymnasium
• BBQ Areas
For the comfort and benefit of all facility users, we ask all our guests to read through and adhere to the rules set for and displayed at all facilities on the property.
Facility access is subject to open hours but not guaranteed due to maintenance or other issues conducted by the building management.
Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN:
In order for us to validate your reservation, please complete the online check-in form and upload or provide us with a copy of your ID (Australian driver licence or passport) prior to your arrival. We will also require you to bring this ID with you for your check-in.
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Keys need to be collected from our office in Broadbeach QLD 4218, during check-in time. The full address will be provided once your booking is confirmed. An extra charge will be incurred for any early/ late check-in; please contact the host for details.
EXPRESS SELF CHECK-OUT:
Kindly note that our check-out time is 10:00 am, and we request all guests to adhere to this timing. For guests departing via public transportation, you may simply return the keys to the designated spot in our apartment before you leave. Please note that if you have parked your car in the on-site carpark, you will require the fob to access and exit. Remember that you will move your car to the street parking area and return the key to our designated spot as the final step.
NO late check-outs are allowed. Please note that an AUD50 fine applies for every 15-minute delay from our latest check-out time at 10:00 am. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and timely departure from our property.
KEY LOSS/ KEY ACCESS ASSISTANCE:
Key loss will result in charge of $300. Please always remember to bring the keys with you when leaving the apartment. If you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance, $80 will be charged from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and an additional $120 for any time beyond this period. If the host is unreachable, kindly contact the locksmith for your emergency at your own cost.
NO BAGGAGE STORAGE before check-in or after check-out for security reasons.
NO SMOKING - any evidence of this will result in a $150 fine.
NO PET - any evidence of this will result in a $150 fine.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - any evidence of this will result in a $500 fine.

EXIT CLEANING ONLY. Please wash up all the cookware, dishes & cutlery and clean up all rubbish to leave the place as you generally find it, or a $100 additional cleaning fee if needed.

We'll greet our guests in person for check-in and are happy to offer help in case our guests need our assistance during their stay.
