This beautifully updated 3 bedroom home is delightfully light and bright, with a neutral decor and new timber floors. Tastefully furnished with a coastal vibe, it is bound to appeal to families looking for a relaxing holiday, with water and nature nearby.

The open plan air-conditioned living room comprises a lounge area with wicker sofa (and sofa bed) and armchairs facing the smart TV. The modern well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave and DeLonghi Pod coffee machine. There are 4 stools at the kitchen benchtop, ideal for breakfast or you can keep the cook company while sipping a wine! Adjacent to the kitchen is a 4 seater dining suite, and glass sliding doors lead to the alfresco eating area on the deck. Here the table seats 6 and there is an outdoor umbrella. The garden is expansive and laid to lawn, so perfect for a family game of cricket! There are plenty of board games to enjoy with the kids too.

The bedrooms are nicely appointed with all linen supplied. The master has a Queen bed, there is a twin room with two singles, and the third has a bunk with a double below and a single above. The bathroom is modern, with a shower and vanity and there’s a separate toilet. A laundry with a washing machine completes the picture.

Plenty of parking is available on the driveway and there’s certainly room to park a boat. Fishing rods and crab pots are supplied for your use during your stay.

The home is set on a quiet residential street in Falcon between the coast and the Estuary, 10 minutes south of Mandurah. Novara Foreshore Reserve at the end of the road is popular with locals and visitors alike. Featuring shade sails, nature-inspired play areas, including slides, tunnels, balancing equipment, and picnic areas overlooking the water, this family-friendly reserve is a great spot for a family BBQ or picnic. The boat ramp is just two blocks to the south. Enjoy exploring the Estuary, throw in a line, try your hand at crabbing and spot the pelicans.

There are some delightful walking trails along the foreshore providing opportunities to see a wealth of local wildlife and enjoy the local flora. Walk to Len Howard Conservation Park to sight rare and native birds.

Pringle Bay Beach is the closest beach, just a 3 minute drive away, and Falcon Bay Beach is also popular. Offering long stretches of stunning white sand and all the water activities you can think of, this stretch of coast is a beach-lover’s heaven!

Eat out at one of the many restaurants in Falcon to the south, just a short drive away, or there are waterview options at The Cut and Dolphin Quay in Mandurah. There is a cafe within walking distance and in terms of amenities, there are shopping centres north and south, a 5-minute drive either way.

If you enjoy golf, there are courses nearby. For children there are many options in Mandurah for popular entertainment, such as Mandurah Dolphin Cruise, the Pirate Ship, Inflatable World, the hop-on-hop-off tourist train, King Carnival, Amaze Miniature Park or the aquatic centre.

However, the appeal of this property is its proximity to the Estuary foreshore and the serenity that brings. It’s a wonderful part of the world and it is absolutely ‘Bliss’ on the Bay. Enjoy!
