This condo was located a few miles away from the hustle of downtown Lincoln and was quiet and pleasant during our stay. It was clean and well maintained. I hope we can return sometime.

Very spacious accommodations

Clean, well appointed condo. Ideal location along the river. Close to so many attractions. Private. We hiked, went to the WMMP motor speedway for an evening at the races. Dined out, cooked in had a blast.

Peaceful

We went a couple of weeks before Memorial Day. Hardly anyone was at the complex and it wZ so quiet sand peaceful.

Beautiful, quiet, riverfront condo

Absolutely beautiful unit with amazing views of river! Loved falling asleep to the river sounds each night. Kids loved the bunk beds and pool, and we enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen.Linens and towels were provided, and nice little touches like shampoo and soap and stocked spices made us feel welcomed.Fair prices, and lots to do within 30 minute drive!

Best stay in Lincoln

We've stayed at a number of places in and around Lincoln and this was the best place overall. Really comfortable and felt like home, and the location was beautiful.

Cozy and Great Location

It's great place to stay as not just give you a beautiful view if the river and mountain, it's a nice place to recup from a day of skiing. And it's in close proximity to Loon Mt resort.

This place shouldn't even be listed for rental. It is a rip off for a dirty apartment. Everything looked crumbling. Master bedroom toilet stopped working after 2 days. Carpet had stale smell. Furniture looked so cold. This whole place require complete renovation before renting again. This location spoiled our fun as we always felt dirty to be inside.

Perfect White Mountain Getaway

The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a fun White Mountains getaway. We particularly loved the new kitchen appliances, comfortable beds, amazing view of the Pemi River from the balcony, and the community pool. There is also a beautiful bike/walking path along the river that was accessible from the condo complex.

Guys ski trip

Have stayed in these properties before. The location for skiing Loon is perfect!! Enter to a seperate room for all your things. Property is spacious with great space for sleeping and relaxing. Kitchen had plenty of the needed stuff to help prepare any meal. Plus you can’t beat two showers at the end of a long day. Only downer was long hairs on both shower walls.Fire hearth covered in ashes. I know I can’t use it but at least sweep it.

Great trip to Scottish Highland Games with stay in Lincoln

Lovely condo, clean, nicely furnished with comfy furniture and beds, well-stocked kitchen, good Amt of paper goods/detergent/liquid soap etc. Did not need any additional supplies for our 3-night stay. Lots of board games for cool evenings. Located very near Loon Mtn and village, on river with so many stones and boulders for kids to play on. Also, nice balcony for sitting, reading, watching kids play, listening to sounds of the River! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Loon Condo for Family of 4

We rented this condo without ever have gone to the Loon/Lincoln/Woodstock area. It was in such a great location. My wife who doesn't ski was able to quickly get to Loon to pick us up within 5 minutes of texting her. Big King bed, and 2nd bedroom had a bunk plus an extra twin for my two teenagers. Kitchen had everything we need. Also about 2 minutes from town and all restaraunts. Enjoyed our stay.

Family Ski Weekend

Home was neat, clean and easy to access. The location is perfect for skiing at Loon. Just outside of town so quiet with beautiful views of the South Peak. The main entrance for skiing is just up the road and easily accessible for early parking and there is a shuttle which stops right in front of the unit that runs regularly on weekends and holidays for added convenience in getting to the mountain. The kitchen, dining and living areas are comfortable and well equipped. There are individual heating thermostats so each room can adjust as needed. The property contact was friendly and responsive to questions. Would rent again and recommend.

Fun place for a weekend stay

My friend and our daughter’s had a great stay here. The condo is super comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Since we have stayed in several of the condo complexes in Lincoln, I assumed that this one would have shuttle service - but Riverfront is one of the few that do not. A shuttle is not mentioned anywhere in listing - so completely understand it was my miss. But it does make it a challenge to park - if you’re not there early, your only option will be the escape lot (which isn’t so bad now that there is Timbertown lift and ticket office).

Nice place, good location, but no A/C as promisedThe first amenity listed is A/C.  It was very hot in the condo when we arrived because the temperature had been in the high 90s for the past several days.  We contacted the rental liaison and informed her that there is no A/C.  She directed us to 2 floor units that were in the closet and not hooked up.  The panels and tubes needed to hook them up were nowhere to be found.  We spent the weekend (end of June) with all of the the windows open and the fans going to try to keep cool.  It only helped a little.  Our kids kept complaining that they were hot.  Our liaison said that she contacted the owner and they said that it would be pleasant with the windows opened because you can hear the river, however you can’t hear the river with fans buzzing to try to keep the air flowing.  Also there was a bag of trash with broken egg shells etc. in the freezer when we arrived.  Other than those things it was a comfortable well-appointed apartment in a great location. I just wish they would have tried to do more to resolve our A/C issue.
