Telemark Haus is a luxurious 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom home that sleeps 18 in the Solamere community of Lower Deer Valley. Guests will love the private hot tub, theater, and game room with billiards and a foosball table. Take in the breathtaking mountain views from the second-floor wraparound deck and relax on the lower-level patio for an unforgettable alpine experience!

A spacious main-floor great room welcomes guests into this 3-story home, capturing the cozy atmosphere of a ski lodge. The living area, with a soaring 2-story ceiling, is well-lit from the wall of windows and offers comfortable leather furniture and a TV for entertainment. The traditional dining area seats 10 people, while an additional table adjacent to the kitchen can seat 6. Enjoy access to the second-floor deck with ample seating, a sizzling pizza oven, and jaw-dropping alpine views.

HOA is working on shuttle transportation beginning Fall/Winter.

Please note HOA regulations prohibits the parking of campers, RVs or recreational vehicles in the driveway or street.

Beautiful setting, close to DV resort. Plenty of appliances and utensils. Very well appointed! Hot tub and sauna were used frequently. Only inconvenience us the washer isn’t up to the quality of the home, and require a double spin cycle at minimum. Also, getting close to needing to replace kitchen cabinets.

Birthday trip

Rented this for a 40th birthday trip with our best friends. Property was perfect! Plenty of space and fantastic location. I do agree with some of the other reviews saying the bedrooms were hot. Even in the winter, we had a hard time maintaining a comfortable temperature, but it was winter, so could always crack a window. Shuttle service to Deer Valley was awesome!

Great house with EVERYTHING you could need

Stayed here with eight friends over four day period. Because the house had so many amenities, we spent most of our time on the property. Hot tub, pool table, ping pong, great kitchen, mini gym.....has everything

Annual Dude's Ski Trip

Great property for a large group. Great set up with lots of bedrooms and beds. Floorplan was perfect for our group with the main living area on one level and the game room on lower level. Location is ideal with just an easy 5 minute drive to Park City and Main St and just 3 minutes to Deer Valley.

Very Nice Place

This is a really wonderful property to stay at if you have a large group. The place was very clean and everything was accessible. Location of the property was right around the corner from Deer Valley Resort. It made getting to our ski destination very easy. When we arrived, the unit was short a few towels, but they were delivered immediately once we requested them. I'd book this property again.

March Holiday

We had a wonderful time and there was enough room for everyone to have space to relax and enjoy themselves before and after skiing . Only a few details that could be address but nothing major . I would definitely go back again . It was a great house and a perfect location for us .

Hot house

House was beautiful. The neighborhood was great. But the air conditioning was not working in half the house. It was very hot in the half with no air conditioning. The property manager said somebody would come and fix it but nobody came.

Feedback

the property was amazing. the biggest issue and negative feedback is how "hot" the bedrooms are! We kept trying to adjust to make the heat lower and they had coded "fixed" temperatures throughout the day that were most likely password protected etc. It would not allow us to change and lower the heat at night. I am assuming you are aware of this issue and thus why the fans are in each room. Thank you!

Beautiful Location. House Disappointing

AC not working at all. The company knew that but never let me know before arrival. They had put a few portable cooling systems in the house before we arrived. Yet, acted surprised when I called to see what could be done. They brought in 2 more systems but vented them wrong. As cool was coming out of the front. Hot air exited from the back in to the house. Net affect, 79-81 degrees during the day. 74-77 degrees at night. The gentleman that brought the extra units told me the house has two AC units that fight each other and has not worked correctly. That it needs to be fixed in the future. Listing also stated a Community Pool could be used. ONLY if U R the actually OWNER of the house. Renters are not allowed to use an of the recreation facilities. I had very disappointed Gr.Kids. Several windows had no screens. All 3 Sliding screen doors off the track. Making it difficult to open. The main sliding glass door was also hard to open, even by an adult. The location is beautiful but I would not consider it a Luxury home in its present condition. I feel I paid way to much for what the house offered. I would not consider staying here again
