Boasting high vaulted ceilings, a chef's kitchen, first-class amenities, generous living areas, and outdoor entertaining spaces, this contemporary classic has everything you need for an alpine getaway with your whole crew. This home is truly at the center of it all, being only 5 minutes from Main St.

Nearby Activities: Deer Valley Mountain Resort, Main Street, The Farm Restaurant, High West Distillery, No Name Saloon & Grill.

Home Truths:
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Due to extreme wildfire risk the outdoor fire pit at this home is not available from June to October
- This home does not have AC.
- This home has limited exterior lighting due to neighborhood light pollution restrictions.
- The hot tub is only accessible through bedrooms 2 & 3.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

Park City Fire Code Official Dave Thacker has issued an open fire and fireworks ban effective immediately within Park City limits.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

If you are going to have people enter through the garage vacuum the carpet on the steps and wash the dirt off the walls. It did not make a very good first impression. All of the outside patio furniture was useless because it was filthy and stained. 2 propane tanks scattered on the deck for no reason. Home smelled dusty and musty like the carpets needed a good cleaning. Dishwasher rack would not stay on the track. I have stayed at many Park City properties and this was not up to par for cost.

Great house for a group

I held a couples retreat here with 6 couples. The house worked well for a big group and for everyone to have enough of their own space.

Great ski trip house

Friendly and responsive team coordinating logistics. The Deer Valley Snow Park shuttle actually came to the house even though that feature wasn’t listed. Great hot tub and great layout. Only minor shortcomings were the tiny tvs in the bedrooms and the tv in the living room. Also, for such a nice (and expensive) property, we were expecting higher quality pillows. But overall,it was a great rental and would recommend it!

Great spot in Park City

Quality neighborhood…good location between Park City and Deer Valley. Unusual layout but slept 7 comfortably.

Great home close to Deer Valley

The home was excellent with multiple bedrooms and en-suites. Four families stayed without any issue, and all the kids had plenty of room to play and enjoy. No issues at all with the home, and it was 2 mins from Deer Valley. We stay yearly at DV, and this was the best home we have stayed at! Highly recommend!

great family stay

We had a great time at the property. It was ideal for a family get together because there is a big common room and everyone has privacy. Only note: there are a lot of stairs. I didn’t understand that so much from the pictures/description, but could’ve just missed it. It was not a concern for the young folks, but for older grandparents it wasn’t ideal.

Celebrating fathers 80th Bday

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Everything was great. Great support on any questions. Needed more ice. Ice maker needed a little help. Beds were great. Cleanliness great. Maintenance was overall good. Dishwasher was a little challenging but it worked. Would definitely this house again and refer any of our friends. Thank you.

Lovely Family Vacation

The house was as-advertised, the property managers were incredibly responsive (above and beyond most VRBO rentals), and the location was perfect. This multi-level home is cut into the side of a mountain. There are lots of various nooks/hangout places for different sub-groups to congregate. However, if stairs present an obstacle to anyone in your group, this is not the right house for you.We were a group of 15, and did not feel crowded. We spent a lot of time in the main family room/kitchen & there was room for everyone. The bar area above the family room is a particular gem.There were a few hiccups during our stay (e.g. entry code didn't work), but the property managers were incredibly responsive. I would recommend that the managers supply some basic cleaning supplies (like some spray cleanser for sticky spills), more ice melt, and better shovels for the driveway, and note that the dishwasher is the kind where you have to handwash before using. They offer a mid-stay clean, which I highly recommend if you are a large group.It snowed during our stay, and while this is at the top of a cul-de-sac, a plowing company came & we didn't have trouble getting in/out. You do have to shovel the driveway out -- fortunately, I had kids for that task :) I kind of regret forgoing the pricey private chef meal drop-off add-on service. We ordered door-dash a few times and were not so impressed with the local restaurants.Overall, the house was perfect for our family vacation.

Family annual Ski vacation

We booked to stay at Mason's (Luxurious modern masterpiece ) home well, that was what it said on the about the "property page"! It was nothing like luxurious, modern or masterpiece!! From entering the home, it looks tired, old, rundown, unkept, unloved, the lounge was full of old scruffy unmatched furniture, black smoke covered the stone fire place making it feel dirty, there was even loose stones to the fire place, the dishwasher was dangerous, the top shelf pulled right out and with heavy glasses nearly caused an accident, plus it would take 2 cycles to clean, all the pots and pans we had to wash by hand, hand rail on stove was loose, the faucet was loose, which they did manage to fix, all the other issues in the kitchen we had to live with. Then they had to replace a faucet in one of the bathrooms because it didn't work, that took 3 days. The BBQ was nasty, not cleaned in a while, that's was cleaned 4 days later, one bedroom couldn't even put clothes in the closet because it was full of unused items, they did clear it 4 days later, loose stones on the steps leading from the front door outside, the fire pit on the balcony was painted and peeling, plus the deck boards were lifting making trip hazards, there are many, many more things we found to be wrong too many to put here , but cheap, cheap comes to mind!! VRBO should not allow this home to be advertised as it is, it's not worth the money you are expected to pay. The management gave us $750 equal to 10%

great location, broken HVAC/Boiler system

The property location was wonderful. 5 minute drive from the home to Deer Valley Resort. Free shuttle service available upon request from the home to Deer Valley Resort. The home was fairly clean but very dated including carpet, furniture, cleaning supplies, fixtures, etc which made it feel dirty. The reason we would not stay at this property again was because of the heating issues we experienced. The entire house was a sauna. We had turned off all the thermostats and yet the house was extremely HOT and DRY. The response from the property management team was "This is a larger issue with the zone valves stuck open in the home. To diagnose this properly would take a week or more and not something we want to during your stay. .... In order to mitigate the heat for the remainder of your stay we advise opening the windows to allow the hot air to escape and the cool air to circulate in. There should also be fans in the home if need be. " There was no followup from the property management team to see if we were comfortable or if there was anything else they could do to make our stay more comfortable. In my opinion for the amount of money we spent, there could have been a little better customer service/follow-up. Lastly, the garbage cans that were provided in the garage were already filled with previous resident garbage.

Weekend Family Getaway

The house size worked well for us with a large group. Everyone had their own space. The layout is a bit odd and there lots of levels of stairs. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. The floors were pretty dirty upon our arrival but otherwise everything else seemed clean. We filled the flat bike tires in the garage, the propane needs to be filled for the barbecue and the front lock gave a bit of a problem but nothing major. The cleaners did show up a few min before checkout. Great location, close to everything we needed and very quiet.

It could be cleaner in the bathrooms. The sliding glass door in living room in hard to unlock. The driveway was always icy, could do a better job. Overall we had a great time.

Park City Large Home

We had a group of 11 adults (5 couples and one single). This house worked really well - the odd layout for the bedrooms actually affords more privacy for everyone. The kitchen is very well equipped (double ovens, warming drawers, extra refrigerator in garage) making big meal prep easy. The hot tub was perfect for post-ski. Ten minute drive to the Park City slopes. Beautiful views out front and back.

Amazing property

Absolutely gorgeous home! Very spacious and plenty of bedrooms! Wouldn’t suggest for families with older members because this home does have lots of stairs! Hot tub was warm and ready to go for us! Kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need! Would love to stay here again

Great service from property manager

This property looked good in pictures but the layout of house was strange . The property manager ,Chris, was the best asset of this property. I called him with problems and he was on it immediately. Unfortunately, the house was not all that clean upon arrival . Best example was there was popcorn and other stuff under sofa and dining room table on wood floors so obviously had not been cleaned well . Also the fireplace showed signs of a fire that went up the stone to the mantlepiece and the TVs seemed to have continual problems . With that said, I would rent from AvantStay again because they were very accommodating. This property just needs some TLC from its owners .
