On the third floor of a historic building, “Casa Zeffiro” takes its name from the great roman director Roberto Rossellini (whose second name was Gastone Zeffiro) who shooted his masterpiece “Roma Città Aperta” in this street.

Entry is into the living area furnished with a dining table seating 4, a 2-seater sofa, which can be turned into a comfortable sofa bed if needed, and an armchair. This area overlooks the kitchen, small but fully equipped, that a sliding door allows to hide from the living zone. From here, a small corridor leads to the bathroom (with shower) and the bedroom.

The bedroom is cozy and fully equipped, furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a big wardrobe. A perfect place to rest in, after having spent the day walking around Rome! The apartment lies in the historic center, a few steps from Fontana di Trevi (only 8 minutes walking), a strategic starting point to explore the city on foot. Casa Zeffiro is also very close to the metro station Barberini (A line) and to many bus stops.

In the building there is no elevator.

Standard check-in: from 3 pm to 9 pm (With self-service check-in, guests can enter after 9:00 PM without any additional charges).

Check-out by 11 am

Upon request, we are flexible with check-in and check-out times, depending on the apartment's availability and cleaning requirements.

Check-in is self-service. To receive the access details, guests must complete the online form with all the required mandatory information. If the Italian Government introduces regulations prohibiting self-service check-ins, we will provide in-person check-in from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A late fee of €50 will apply for check-ins after 9:00 PM.

An extra fee for check-in in person of € 35 will be charged for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, Easter Sunday and August 15th.

For self check-in is MANDATORY for the guest to fill out the online form I will send when booking the property, providing their ID information as required by Italian law. Additionally, the rental contracts are included within the form, and signing them is mandatory. The form must be completed within 48 hours of the guest's arrival in Rome. Filling out the form takes about 5 minutes.

In this apartment, the following are not allowed:

- hosting parties

- smoking

- bringing pets

- making noise during quiet hours (from 10:30 pm to 9:00 am)

For children up to 3 years old, a travel cot is available upon request, at a cost of € 50 per stay.
