King bed, spacious suite with Netflix and Prime

Tucked in a safe and pleasant neighbourhood, our guest suite is located inside a family home and has its own private walk out entrance for total privacy.

With plenty of natural light, it is spacious, bright and cozy - ideal for anything from a weekend getaway to week-long business trip. The King size bed provides ample space for a restful sleep. Living room is equipped with a 50-inch smart TV. Netflix and Prime streaming are just a button press away.


About the space:

Spacious bedroom - featuring a king size bed, a 6-feet closet, two nightstands with lamps, a desk and a one-seater. This 200-sq ft bedroom offers plenty of room for you to enjoy and relax.

Inviting living room – offering a 50-inch smart TV with Netflix and Prime streaming, a 3-seater which can be converted into a sofa bed, a coffee table, different genres of books and video games for your pleasure.

Modern and fully stocked kitchen - equipped with newer stainless steel appliances (stove, oven, microwave and fridge (no dishwasher)), coffee maker, toaster, cookware and basic spices. Full-size washer and dryer with laundry detergent are in-suite for your convenience.

This property is ideally situated close to Lougheed Highway and Highway 1, making it easy to commute to other cities. Locally it has quick driving access to Coquitlam Centre (7 mins), Austin Station Shopping Mall (4 mins) and Como Lake Village (6 mins).


Guests are recommended to get around by car. Street parking by our front yard is easy.


Other details to note:

The suite is located on basement level. Guests need to manage the stairs (please check the exterior photos for how to get to the suite).

We are a quiet family (a couple and a teenage boy) living upstairs. While we try to keep things down, you may expect to hear some daily routine noises and footsteps during reasonable hours.

This was a great place for us to spend a couple of nights. Wish we could have stayed longer. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet at night. Eunice responded quickly and gave us some helpful tips. The extra snacks were appreciated.

Lovely Suite

Adorable small suite, perfect for a short stay if you're visiting Vancouver/Coquitlam. We had a lovely time! The nearby views and parks were fantastic to walk through.

Fantastic apartment

Excellent, clean, ell organized, well supplied with everything needed in a short stay. I have never been in a rented apartment like this one. Independent entrance, laundry machine available and working properly. Great shower and bed. Congratulations to the owners!!! Thanks for the opportunity to stay few days there

Lovely suite, quiet and private. There are a number of stairs to get to the basement level entrance, which was no problem, but could be for someone with mobility issues. Excellent host!

This is a beautiful suite in an upscale neighborhood, with a very comfy bed and well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room. Spotless and very pleasant space. Highly recommended.

Quiet with lots of space!

Modern space with lots of space! I love a nice bathroom & shower. :)Huge king bed is a nice luxury, big kitchen, and my partner loved the fancy clothes dryer.Very quiet and safe neighborhood if that’s what you’re looking for. Didn’t see any shops in walking distance, but my partner foubd a park nearby.It’s about 35-45 minutes drive from Vancouver depending on traffic, for those who are coming to visit the sites there.

Nice basement unit near Vancouver

Awesome host and spacious, clean basement unit. Safe neighborhood although a bit of road noise. Many steps to get to entrance and mattress was quite firm. Can hear host above at times but quite quiet given set up. A bit of a drive to VC too

Highly recommend for a nice place to stay

The stay was great! There is a fairly large room with a bunch of closet space. Beautiful bathroom with good water pressure. Large kitchen space with all supplies provided (pots, pans, basic spices, utensils and such) and all labeled. Super organized and Eunice was great. She checked in with us before our stay and was very responsive. It was our first time in the area and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Also if you're new, Eunice provides suggestions on near by local eats! Thank you for your hospitality!

Seamless and safe stay

The flat is lovely and full prepared for a stay out Coquitlam. Even travelling by public transportation is not a problem, as long as you love to walk. Many bus stations are available from the flat which brings you in a few minutes to Coquitlam Central Station. We loved the seamless check in and check out and felt 100% safe in that neighbourhood. Eunice also asked in between our stay if everything is fine and if help is needed. Loved that

I like the property location. It was clean and good size. Shower was nice with good pressure and hot! Host had done a good job with decoration. One thing we didn’t know about was the number of steps to get to the property. We had 2 big suitcases and had to lift them and go over many steps to get to the property. Host was nice to provide some snacks and good supplies of towels and make up pads. Bed could have been better, it was noisy and squeaky. Over all was good but definitely can be better!
