Suite grande Whistleresque completamente renovada y patio privado bellamente ajardinado

Ubicado en el corazón del norte de Vancouver, cerca del centro y de las montañas North Shore. Idealmente ubicado en un tranquilo callejón sin salida cerca de las principales rutas de tránsito, con fácil acceso a actividades recreativas tanto en verano como en invierno, encontrará que nuestra casa de estilo Cape Cod es una base ideal para explorar o visitar amigos y familiares.

Nuestra casa ofrece una amplia suite totalmente renovada y totalmente amueblada que brinda a nuestros huéspedes un alojamiento confortable y autónomo. Los huéspedes son invitados a una entrada privada a la que se accede desde la parte posterior de la propiedad a través de un patio trasero orientado al sur, bellamente ajardinado y completamente cercado. El estacionamiento está disponible en frente de la casa.

Esta suite 'Whistler-esque' está terminada con los estándares más exigentes para garantizar una estancia confortable con todas las comodidades. The property was everything we wanted for our visit. It has a fantastic location for exploring all parts of Vancouver. The unit is a perfect place to return to after spending the day out and about. There is a grocery store (and more) within 5 minutes for all food needs and the unit is well equipped to prepare meals. The unit is spacious and comfortable. The hosts were helpful and a wealth of information about the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Homey stay in North Van!

We stayed here for 5 nights with our 1 year old and it was fantastic! Such a great set up for us having the whole space for her to roam around. The space had everything we needed for it to feel very comfortable. We also found it easy to navigate the area and close to many places for exploring. Definitely lived up to the reviews. Specifically for those looking to travel as a young family, rest assured that the bed is big enough to cosleep but there’s also a pack and play. The backyard was very nice (the sprinkler was usually running so it was fun to play in). Ample street parking. No high chair but attaching a travel one to the kitchen chairs was easy. The TV in the living room has many, if not all, streaming apps using the Shaw TV remote. Consistent and good quality wifi. Being a basement suite, plugs were higher up which was convenient. A HUGE bonus for us was having access to laundry right beside beside the unit. Our only wish would’ve been a more modern fan as the suite isn’t air conditioned and the one provided did work, but albeit loudly and didn’t oscillate.

North Vancouver gem

What a great find. Located in a beautiful neighborhood, with a lovely garden setting, this basement suite was so well appointed. A comfortable lounge area, with a comfy sofa, club chair and tv. The kitchen had everything you could need and a nice big table for 4. But the best part of all was the king size bed ( hard to find) witch was as comfortable as any I have ever slept in. Gives Marriotts " heavenly bed" a run for the money. A nice updated bath finished this suite off perfectly. Just down the road there is a shopping center with a market, and restaurant, drug store etc. which was so convenient. The owner was responsive and thoughtful. I would highly recommend this for your visit to North Vancouver, with easy access to the area with Hwy 1 just down the road.

North Vancouver stay

We chose this VRBO because it was close to Lonsdale Quay - only 7 minute drive. We were lucky to have a car although we did walk it one day. Only 15 minutes walk to a cute village called Edgemont where we when several times for lunch, coffee and groceries. Jeff and Sarah were wonderful hosts.

Very comfortable stay in North Vancouver

A very spacious basement apartment in a very nice area of North Vancouver. There is a very comfortable bed in a large bedroom and an excellent living / dining / kitchen open plan area with everything provided that you could possibly need. We enjoyed our stay immensely and thought the rate was very reasonable. Thank you Sarra

Perfect in every way

Hosts are delightful , property is beautiful, suite is beyond well stocked (best we’ve ever seen) & VERY clean. Very occasionally we heard Sydney (house pet) walking upstairs BUT we enjoyed that & Sydney is very sweet and friendly. We careful checked the reviews before booking. With one weird exception, they were uniformly excellent & almost too good to be true, but they were! Thank you S & J & Sydney too! H & J

Wonderful stay!

Sarra's place was wonderful! Such a great location and homey feel. Sarra went above and beyond making us feel at home and giving us ideas of things to do and answered all our questions about our trip. The house was stocked with anything you could need. Totally recommend!

Clean basement suite but NOT A WHOLE HOME RENTAL!

First, the positives: the suite is clean and well-appointed. Within, you will find all you need to relax during your stay: books, jigsaw puzzles, TV service, and a very comfortable king sized bed. The kitchen has all you need to cook and eat meals during your stay. That being said: THIS IS NOT A WHOLE HOME RENTAL. This is a multi-level home with a finished basement where the host family lives ONSITE, upstairs. The laundry room AND BACKYARD are shared spaces. The listing states "Private backyard with hot tub", which IS NOT THE CASE. The hot tub is in the host family's backyard, in full view of all of their yard-facing windows, just below their fully open deck. From within the basement 'suite', you can hear every move the host family makes upstairs...and they have a young child and an active dog. If you are a late sleeper or would even like to enjoy just 1 late morning, this is not the suite for you! You will be awake as soon as anyone is moving around upstairs--and they get up early to get their little one off to school. The host family is very nice but you will SEE and HEAR them every day of your stay. As long as a renter is aware that they are sharing the home with a host family, contrary to all of VRBO's advertising, and is okay with this arrangement, the space itself inside is great. For me, a young adult visiting a friend in the area, it gave off major vibes of living in my parents' basement and all the 'privacy' of that situation.

Quiet North Vancouver Get away

I had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, allowing for a relaxing experience. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped with every utensil imaginable, making meal preparation a breeze. Street parking was convenient, and having a Safeway down the street was handy for any last-minute needs. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway. The downside here was the cell reception of my phone was really bad (Bell). But that wasn't anything to do with the host.

Great home base

This was a great location for all sorts of adventures in Vancouver. We especially enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, near shopping center and bus lines close to the house. The lower level was well lit and we loved all the flowers in the windows.

Terrific hide-away in North Vancouver

The reviews are all accurate. This suite was delightful – immaculately clean, well-stocked and quiet. The location in North Vancouver was perfect for our plans to visit Whistler, Grouse Mountain, and to take the ferry over to one of the islands, and yet also provided easy access to the city. The home is located in a peaceful suburb which felt quite safe. There is a Safeway and restaurants within a few blocks. The yard was quite pleasant and our hosts friendly and accommodating. We would definitely go back.

We are a busy, working Family with a Labradoodle named Tigger. We purchased this lovely completely renovated home close to Edgemont Village in a very desirable neighborhood on a quiet leafy cul-de-sac. We are are close to downtown and central to the heart of the North Shore with easy access to Whistler.

We are in the perfect location to visit friends and family or explore all the best that Vancouver has to offer including nearby golf courses as well as three local ski hills 10 - 20 minutes away. We are 10 minutes from Grouse Mountain one of Vancouver's premier attractions year round.

We are in the heart of the North Shore and a 15-20 minute walk from Edgemont Village with quaint boutique shops and coffee shops. Park Royal is a 10 minute drive and Lonsdale Quay, Lynn Valley, Capilano Suspension Bridge are all within 15 minutes.

There is a brand new recreation centre 2 minute car ride away.

Recreational activities of every kind are available nearby including hiking, mountain biking, kayaking in Deep Cove and boating in Howe Sound as well as skiing and snow shoeing in the winter months on the nearby mountains.

Ample street parking is available in front of the property.

A Level 2 EV charger is available for longer stays.

It is close to recreation centres, various shopping and retail as well as medical and other professional services. It is the perfect location to explore Vancouver and the North Shore. The suite is fully renovated with a brand new bathroom, sunny, spacious and clean with every amenity and a private entrance, separate from the Owners entrance. It has a very comfortable king sized bed, well equipped kitchen with a stock of basic staples and quiet fenced and landscaped backyard.
