We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, peaceful, and had the most incredible views. Our kids loved fishing off the dock, and it was hard to beat getting a workout in while overlooking the ocean. Having the golf cart included made getting around so easy and was such a great bonus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The ocean view was amazing! This is the most beautiful place in Avalon. Love the golf cart and very useful to us to roam around. Will definitely go back!

Everything about our stay was beautiful, especially the view. We spent most of our time on the large deck. The golf cart was an excellent bonus and fun taking around town.The beds were comfortable and the place was clean and equipped with all we needed. Hamilton Cove is a Gem. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing.My girlfriends and I plan on returning!

Perfect weekend in catalina

Great property! Amazing views. Facilities at the condo were great. The kids loved the pool and mini golf course. Having the golf cart was essential for getting around the island.

The views are truly wonderful. The unit - while it doesn't have luxury finishes in the kitchen and living areas - is still perfectly clean and comfortable. The bathrooms have been recently updated and are very nice. Beds are super comfortable. There are adequate dishes for cooking and eating as a family of four. There were a few lawn and board games which weren't expected but appreciated. Management was responsive. The table umbrella was broken when we arrived, and they replaced it within 24 hours of us letting them know. Golf cart seems newish. Our family hadn't been to Hamilton Cove before and there are so many units to choose from we weren't sure we chose the best of our options - but after visiting we were very happy with our choice, felt we got a good value, and can't wait to come back!

We will be coming back. This was the perfect vacation. Too short of course. Only one small downside, there are ants. The property management does everything to keep them at bay, but you will need to pay attention to what leave out.

It was a beautiful property the view is amazing...the only complaints are they should explain more about all the stairs getting to your room and the television in the Master Bedroom did not work and maybe somehow put something up for more privacy on balcony from neighbors, but overall, very nice and well equipped with everything you need

What an AMAZING vacation! This Villa helped make our stay in Catalina even better! The view was breathtaking... the home was clean and everything worked as it should. The beds weren't too bad either (We're kind of uppity about beds too) Because of the ocean breeze, you can open the doors and get a decent breeze to sleep. I can't wait to come back, and I would love to stay here again if possible! The prices are steep, but if you can afford it... DO IT, I would come here for every vacation from here on out!

The Hamilton Cove condo was great - nice view and very comfortable. Very clean. A lot of steps!! Would have given it a 5 star except for the fact that we were supplied with only one bath towel per bathroom (4 adults). Requested more but it took THREE requests to finally get some on the last day.

Mostly great

Beautiful property. Would be exceptional if check in was earlier and /or checkout later. I get that cleaning time is needed, but it makes for a long wait in town.

The overall accommodation experience is very good. The community is quiet and safe. The whole house is clean and comfortable. It faces the sea and has beautiful scenery. Our whole family likes it very much. The community has its own beach. The only drawback is that the golf cart is a bit old and the left rear seat belt is always loose. Hope the owner can repair it.

Fantastic stay

The villa was beautiful, with exceptional views from every room. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils for meals. Outdoor bbq was perfect for cooking. Brand new golf cart was excellent and very efficient and easy to use to get around. Villa was decorated with tasteful art and beach themes throughout, furniture and beds were all comfortable. You can hear the ocean at night with the windows open and property was active during the day and had plenty of amenities on site to use if you didn’t feel like going into town. Pool was heated and the gym was easy to access. Grounds were well kept and quiet after 10pm. Communication with property management was easy, accurate and timely. Would recommend to anyone, would definitely stay here again.

Loved it! We’re definitely coming back!

The home was beautiful with an amazing balcony. Both bathrooms have been renovated recently and they are very nice. We slept great in the beds, and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall, it was a great experience and we will be back. The only negative is that the golf cart is a little old but it’s a rental so it’s ok. We definitely recommend this unit! We also booked an extra day to get in earlier. It was worth it to have an extra full day.

Clean but dated. Really needs updated. For $1200.00 per night. I would think that the owner would be able to update furnishings every 10 years or so. All furnishings appeared worn and very dated. The Golf Cart was in terrible condition.

Amenities and cleanliness

Not worth what the rate we paid Not very clean. Limited kitchen necessities. Mismatch dishes and glasses. Furniture old and dingy. Pool is not what was advertised in the picture. People upstairs had little children who ran and ran and ran until 10:30 Friday night and started up again at 7:00 am Saturday. Very disappointed. Will not recommend The view was gorgeous.

Nice, clean & COLD!!!!

Very nice unit….view and cleanliness was great. Cold….we followed the instructions on setting the thermostats @ 1:00 o’clock. Temperatures never changed 64 degrees. Sorry we did not cover the golf cart. I’m 80 yers old and without help I wasn’t able too. Thanks

Poor managerial service

We came in late at night by boat. Went to the house to grab the golf cart and on the way down the hill the wheel came off of the golf cart. Fortunately, no one was injured! While discussing the situation with the manager, it came up what time the cabs were running until. For whatever reason the cabs stopped running an hour early (9pm). The managers response to us getting up the hill with the entire family plus our luggage was to walk and that plenty of people do it.... this hill is not only long, but it is very steep. To be picking a fight with someone renting the house is completely out of line... not to mention someone could have been seriously injured.

An Unforgettable 4th of July Weekend Stay!Our family had an absolutely incredible stay over the 4th of July weekend. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. The property was exceptionally well-equipped with everything our family needed, and every single appliance and amenity worked perfectly.While the property doesn’t have air conditioning, the management company was incredibly responsive and immediately provided extra box fans upon our request, keeping us perfectly comfortable. Their customer service was top-notch throughout our trip.The views from the property are simply breathtaking. Having access to resort-style amenities like the pool, spa, and gym was a massive bonus that everyone in the family enjoyed. Staying in Hamilton Cove gave us the absolute best of both worlds—we were close enough to enjoy the holiday excitement but could easily escape the craziness of town to relax in a peaceful, beautiful setting. Plus, having the provided golf cart made getting around convenient and fun.We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday getaway and would highly recommend this property to any family looking for a perfect vacation. We will definitely be back!
