Bright Place, A Place like no other

It is important we say things the way it happens for humanity sake. There was no time you communicated with me and it took 4 days for me to respond. You called me on phone at 1.14 am and told me of the flooding in the suite, I woke my wife up and we came together to the suite Immediately. We discovered that one room was affected, the seating room and master bedroom were not flooded. We started mopping the water from the flooded room. At a point, I went outside to the window well where the flooding was coming from to bail out the water under the cold heavy storming rain. The vrbo customer service agent was constantly in touch with me and the guest to monitor the situation. The room was cleaned up that same night after removing all the water in the window well. I have never experienced this kind of raining season before in Edmonton in my life time. The effect of the rain in Edmonton this summer is beyond human control. The items you pointed that we do not have in the suite is exaggerated. There is no host that have all the amenities in a single suite or house. This is why we display all amenities in the suite in vrbo so that guest can make choices. It's always my wish to provide excellent service to my guest. This reflected in the commendation for our efforts and prompt response by the father of the guest who was there when all this was happening
