2-Bedroom Ocean Front Near Pier - Excellent Location

The Discovery Beach Resort is conveniently located directly on the beach, near the pier, in the beautiful ocean side city of Cocoa Beach, Florida. This property offers a stylish updated accommodations filled with a variety resort activities, amenities, on-site staff, restaurant, tiki bar, BBQ grills, and an excellent location.

This property has activities for the entire family. After spending the day at the beach, guests can go for a swim in the heated pool, grab a drink or refreshment at the Tiki Bar, play poolside bingo, play billiards and ping pong in the arcade game room, and children's activities in the activity room. Guests can also enjoy the numerous amenities including basketball courts, tennis courts, fitness center, saunas, restaurant on-site, and daily scheduled activities.

The two bedroom condo features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and dining room for six guests. The primary bedroom features a comfortable king size bed. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Maximum occupancy is six guests. Guests can enjoy the ocean view from the private balcony or watch one of the cable TVs.

Guests may rent beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards for $5 each. Guests may also use (for free) basketballs, tennis equipment, ping pong balls, and pool noodles. There's an activities desk to help you get the most enjoyment from your vacation.

Renovations to some units are scheduled for August 23 to November 22. Guests may expect some noise during this time period.

Complimentary parking is provided for up to a maximum of 2 vehicles per unit (Subject to availability)

An ID and a credit card is required upon arrival for a refundable security deposit.

*PLEASE NOTE: The property assigns unit numbers (including floor) in advance of arrival (for all guests). These units are not individually owned and have the same kitchens, bathrooms, bedding, décor, etc. All units are alike and can be located between the 2nd and 7th floor. All units have an excellent ocean front view except for the units on the second floor. The second floor has a limited ocean view due to a protected sand dune with palm trees and sea grape trees that limit visibility to the ocean. Guests may request a high floor in advance of their stay. Please note while every effort is made to accommodate requests, requests are not guaranteed.
