Great communication from host before, during and after. Amenities were in good condition with an amazing sunrise each morning. Loved that prior guests left behind salt, pepper and spices for the few meals we cooked. Great location for visiting Kennedy Space Center (30-45 minutes) and Merritt Island (1 hour) . To cold when we went but condo did have some beach chairs and towels. Good restaurant within walking distance we tried for breakfast.

Great Family Vacation Spot

We stayed here with 4 adults, 1 child and a baby and it was perfect. It had everything we needed and was really cute and comfortable. The location was great.

Fun Vacation

We had a great time in Cocoa beach. This property was very nice. Kitchen was well equipped beds were very comfortable and the property had everything we needed for a fantastic 5 night stay. Views were incredible

Very well maintained and up to date amenities

We only had a brief stay but enjoyed the ocean view and access. Great location for dining downtown.
