Kitchen comes fully equipped with pots and pans and everything you may need to make your families favorite meal. Living room area has ample seating area with leather sectional leather couch with recliners on the ends. So get ready to watch your favorite show or game on a flat screen smart tv. If thats not all, living room area also has a fireplace. Perfect for those cool winter nights. Home provides all the basic essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, laundry pods and fabric softner and more.







Aransas Pass is also just a short drive from the property.   Enjoy easy access to the bays, intercoastal waterway and the Gulf of Mexico by visiting The Conn Brown’s Harbor Point Park.  The Harbor offers several ramps, bait stands, picnic tables, public lighted fishing pier and a lighted parking lot.  You can launch your boat from the public boat ramp at Conn Brown's Harbor Point Park and within minutes, you'll be in some of the best flats fishing areas the Texas coast has to offer! There are piers and miles of shoreline to fish from.  Aransas Pass also has a great family Aquatic Center, Bowling Alley and Movie Theater you can visit when you are not playing on the water. The ferry to Port Aransas is just a 15 minute drive or enjoy the Rockport Beach.

Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
